I stayed for three nights on a business trip. I normally would stay at the Hyatt Regency, but it was full. The location is less good for business (or indeed leisure). The property is somewhat down at heel and in disrepair. It has a 1960s vibe, which seems to be original, rather than retro chic. The bar and executive lounge...

This hotel was very beautiful and had great views Of Port of Spain and the seaport. Rooms were spacious with balcony and the lobby lounge was great. Try the 1824 rum. I'm a convert. The restaurant was nice and food good.

We checked in yesterday and after a looooong day from Toronto and an even longer wait through customs we were pleasantly surprised with the Hilton. The foyer is beautiful with staff out front welcoming guests in. Front desk was very fast and accommodating. We had pre-ordered beer and food for the room but unfortunately, it was not there. We'll have...

Stayed at Hilton for ten days. My wife was here for conference and I tagged along. We had a great view of Savanna Park and Port of Spain. We enjoy exercise and walking. We walked about half the time: Massey's grocery store up the hill on St Anne's road (20 minutes), the Tamnak Thai/Apsala Indian restaurant (10 minutes) or the...

Comfortable beds, clean room, convenient for business. Staff generally speaking indifferent. Stayed in the executive floor. One member of the executive loung team let her colleagues down very badly. Courtesy and a smile goes a long way. However all in all an acceptable business hotel

The highlight of this hotel is the staff, everybody is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are dated but the bed was extremely comfortable and we had no view at all. They're making some renovations but until then it's an old hotel. The pool is nice and deep and long enough to do laps. The breakfast buffet is very expensive...

Spent two nights in February 2017 for a one day meeting. The hotel was great with nice bed and bath. The room service was satisfactory although the waiter forgot something, he fulfilled his promise to bring it promptly. The broccoli soup was watered down with very little taste but the Caesar salad made up for it and the cheese from...
