Negatives - musty smell from air conditioner, had to leave it off. Bed had sinks in it. Hot water didn't work. pieces of trash on balcony. Couldn't connect device to tv to stream anything. No coffee/milk with coffee maker.

Simply a Fantastic stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in making my stay as enjoyable as it can be. The food was extremely tasty and cocktails were addictive :) Coupled with lovely evening views of Port of Spain made this a wonderful & memorable trip !!

Exemplary stay!!!The basis of my comment was twofold: 1. COVID Protocols: From ‘Front office’ and throughout the hotel’s “Back office,” guidelines we’re observed. 2. Service: Excellent by virtue of Candice, Mark, Gareth “Spiffing!!”

Not accommodative of unvaccinated kids. It’s terrible. My 7 year old was pretty upset that we had to stay in the room for everything even though I am fully vaccinated. I get that the country have their rules but you can at least provide an area where parents can go with their kids. It was truly upsetting!
