No one seemed to want to clean our room. We had to ask for toilet paper twice during our 10 day stay because no one was restocking it for us. We were assured by several people that the bar was open (with COVID we weren't sure) but we stood at an empty bar in full view of 5 hotel employees for 15 minutes and no one came to help us. Even after someone promised to find the bartender no one came. The hairdryer was so sticky it was gross to touch. The rules to get breakfast at the hotel were different every day. We did not feel welcome there and we will not be staying there.
Won't recommend, water ran brown, if you need ice you need back to the lobby, customer service was awful. Check was at 12pm but room service knocking on the door at 10:32am for us to leave,I can't talk about breakfast because non was given
I extended my stay because of family obligations. The staff and personnel are knowledgeable and quite helpful. I totally enjoyed breakfast and room service was quite efficient. The air conditioner in my room broke and I was transferred to another room.
I booked a room at the hotel for a 2 week stay. I explained that I had some dietary needs since I suffer from hypertension. I was assured that my needs would be catered for. First I must say the staff at the hotel was exceptional. However, getting salt free food is a challenge. I paid for the breakfast package and the only meal available for me to eat was eggs. Btw I asked for an omelette and waited 8 days before it was on the menu. A guest who was on insulin and wanted to take medicine was refused a request to heat up food she purchased outside. When I intervened, the Executive Chef said it’s the policy of the hotel not to heat food. I get it! This is a pandemic time and we must be careful but life and death situations will arise and judgment calls must be made. On the other hand the hotel is in a perfect setting for getting into the heart of the city. I finally found a veggie, salt free restaurant on Richmond St close to the hotel. The birds chirping near the pool was a very relaxing sound (no food restrictions). The holiday decorations were great! If meals aren’t an issue for you, consider the hotel for your stay. I’ll let you know if any changes occur before I leave in a few days.…
It was a very nice hotel, very impressive however the breakfast was terrible, our check in service was so bad we had to wait for 45mins even though i reserved a room well in advance. Then we were given a different room from the one we reserved which had no fridge nor the bathroom was a bit small. Besides this i will recommend 💯
