We stayed here for the first time over the school Easter break and couldn't fault it. A short walk and you're on Black Rock Sands and close to other local beauty spots by car(Criccieth, Portmeirion, Harlech, Beddegelert). The site has a small shop for necessities but a quick drive into Porthmadog and you'll find Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. We loved...

We spent a week here and as a base for seeing the sights of Snowdonia, it was great. A short walk to beautiful Black Rock Sands, and a short drive to Criccieth, Porthmadog and Portmeirion. The site was small without many amenities, but there was a small shop and a free DVD and book borrowing service. It was very clean...

This was our second stay at this site having stayed for a weekend five years ago. There have been a few changes since last time but for the good. A small caravan site so very quiet, we came at the beginning of September so there wasn't very many people around. The park manager checked us in and was very friendly...

My wife and I decided to stay here instead of the Haven site further down the road because it was 3 times cheaper. We had our reservations because it was the first time we had stop in a non Haven type caravan park but honestly needed have worried. Up on arrival we were made to feel very welcome, the lady...

Towed our caravan down to porthmadog and our originally booked site was flooded which made it impossible to stay on. We phoned around every campsite locally for a vacant pitch but didn't hold out much hope as it was a bank holiday weekend. Craig phoned us back with good news as someone had not turned up. The pitch was hard...

Regular visitor to this caravan site for over 40 years . Have seen many changes over the years to the site and also the standard of caravans to how things used to be . The caravan site is small and well run and has high standards of presentation . Rented a caravan for the week and as always very clean...

It is raining as I write this on the last full day of my holiday here, and it was raining when I arrived. Fortunately, conditions in between were much more clement: acceptable at worst, pleasant at best, so the weather hasn't affected me too badly. One issue that it did throw up was that the footpath to the beach (it...

Stayed at Garreg Goch for week from 4th July 2016. Lovely park, well looked after. Static we stayed in was superb, immaculate and very comfortable. Manager, Craig was friendly and helpful. Internet, because of location has some limitations, but sufficient for normal use. Walking distance from beach. Fantastic countryside around and loads of places to go and things to do....
