Staff is par for BVI, they don't go the extra yard to help. Good news is the property is 100 yards from the boats, great to utilize the night prior to your sail, and the day you return. Overall rating: B

Second time here. Room was updated since last visit and was very nice. It was cheaper to spend two nights at hotel than one extra day on the boat. Room was clean and AC worked well. Very good WiFi connection.

Yes, but you should call ahead. During boat change over they may only have space for the boats that are rented out of that harbor.

You will definitely be able to use the facilities. Make sure you use the Moorings showers - they are much better than SunSail showers located by the provisioning store.
