My husband and I just returned from a "babymoon" in St. Martin. We stayed at Sol e Luna in the Jasmine suite. The layout has been changed from what is on the website but is still similar in style. Christian ushered us to our room on arrival with a plate of snacks (water, olives, apple). The villa is so beautiful!...

We enjoyed our stay of 8 nights but we did have a couple small annoyances and one strong caution. First the layout. Sol e Luna is primarily a restaurant on top of which there are 6 rooms. Parking is behind a coded gate and shared with the restaurant. The small parking area may be full due to the restaurant –...

My wife and I stayed at Sol e Luna Inn for a week. The owner (Christian) booked the Vanilla room for us, which is located at the top of the property. The inn is located in a quiet area on the French side, away from the noise of the Dutch side and just a 5 minutes drive from the famous...

We so enjoyed our stay at Sol E Luna last year, that we booked it again this year. But this year was extra special because we were on the island for our daughter's wedding. We probably could have rented a villa for all of us, but when we were each settled into our own rooms, it felt exactly like a...

Sol e Luna Firstly let me start by saying a big thank you to Christian for making us welcome at Sol e Luna. It’s without doubt a special place in a great setting, if you’re looking for a place next to the beach and Casino and lots of owner input then it’s not for you. It’s sold as a romantic...

Stayed here for a week mid-February and loved it. We ended up in the Nacre suite with the private Jacuzzi. We were slightly put off that the Jacuzzi heater was inadequate to make the water very hot. We learned the owners are holding off on fixing it as they plan to remove it soon and put another Jacuzzi near the...

We only stayed three nights at Sol e Luna and are already planning our return trip! The property is truly amazing; we stayed in the Nacre Suite which comes with it's own patio and jacuzzi and it was breathtaking! Perfect for couples, honeymooners or anyone who wants some extra romance in their trip...We felt like we had our own mediterranean...

I loved everything about Sole Luna, with a small caveat I'll save for the end. From the planning of our trip when Christian was incredible responsive and helpful with any email question I sent, to the unbelievable dinner we had, to the spaciousness and comfort of our room and patio, our two night stay was spectacular... But you do have...

We felt very lucky this was our home away from home for the first week we spent in St. Martin. After the owner Christian showed us our room and gave us suggestions of what we should check out while we are in St. Martin, we immediately made dinner reservations at his restaurant. Christian is a person who is genuinely cares...

I always get a giggle when people say, "I don't care about the room. Who spends time in the room, anyway?" I got killed last year when I posted a less-than-stellar review of our hotel because I didn't like the room. Well, I sleep late, I nap & I go to bed early. I love a nice room! Sol E...
