We have been to numerous other places on the island in the past. The Simpson Bay Resort in in one of the best locations. Just about all the amenities are within walking distance, there is even a private beach at the resort. Numerous great restaurants are also within walking distance. Watch the planes take off across the bay. The rooms have a full kitchen and are very spacious and clean. The resort is kept up very well and you will feel safe here. No need for money exchange the dollar is king and English is spoken everywhere on the Dutch side and somewhat on the French side.

do not come here if you want peace and quiet. Club across the bay blasts music all day/all night awful...abosoultely awful..awfull..and more awful...even more awful...actually kind of a joke.. if you are young---all good. but this is beyond ridiculous.so i need to get to 200 characters...ill keep typing. it's honestly horrible. bounces off the walls and all around everywhere..awful

Just got here. Resort is nice. Think they might be fighting the beach bar down the way that is “blasting” music with absolutely no one there. Not good. Honestly awful They need to solve this problem soon or people families will not come here. I didn’t want spring break with no people at a beach bar

Spent two weeks in Simpson Bay Resort and found the resort charming and relaxing. It was maintained beautifully. Everything was clean, comfortable and in good conditions. The staff was most polite and professional and followed all Covid rules throughout the resort and restaurants. We felt very safe with their sanitation and enjoyed ourselves very much. We recommend it highly.

We stayed at SB for a week and found the property very nice. It’s right in the mix with all of the activities and nightlife. We adventured out daily for excursions planned- so we truly utilized the room for sleeping and breakfast, however returning back to the hotel felt safe and secure. The breakfast buffet was very good and the team at the buffet were great as well. We’ve planned our next trip to SXM possibly return to SB.
