My hubby took me for my birthday trip and I had a blast! The room was nice and spacious. I loved walking out and seeing the beach. We could hear the ocean from our room and it was relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close enough to walk to the city and explore or relaxing enough to... More

...but needs new chairs. But why am I complaining? They are free so who cares. Either way, this is a wonderful location. A quaint little hotel, about 40 rooms and the food and beverage part is sourced out and they do a great job. It's a hidden gem. Crab cakes and goat cheese salad are freshly prepared, drinks are icy... More

I loved this place. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and cordial. It's a great place to go if you don't love big resort crowds. It's easy access to the beach and main town. Close to transportation.

!5 nights on SXM and 5 of them at Marys Boon. What a great five days! We arrived early so we had to kill a couple of hours but they offered to let us unpack.. We went to Jimbos for lunch and when we came back our room was ready and the lady in the office took the balance of... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary's Boon. Check in isn't until 1pm and we arrived around 9:30am in the morning. The staff was very accommodating, even letting us leave our luggage in the front office while we ate breakfast at the restaurant, changed into our swimsuits and just enjoyed the beach while we were waiting on our room to... If you are looking for clean, comfy, friendly staff, literally right on the beach, authentic place and outstanding food - this is it! Loved staying here! We don't like the fancy hotel/resort feel when we travel because we look for a flavor of the place we are visiting. This is clearly an island place! But saying it's a local place... More

We needed a place to keep our stuff for two nights before our regular spot was ready. We liked Mary's Boon because of the price. Then I found a colleague of mine stays here every time he goes. Again, we were just looking for a place to sleep, so had no expectations to use the resort other than that. I... More

We have been to SXM many times, this was our first stay at Mary's Boon. We leave in two days and would love to stay longer. Upgraded to a beautifully decorated ocean front room. Wish the water pressure was a little stronger, but that is really a minor issue. Great views and Simpson Bay beach is the best. Easy to... More

Thanks for your visit and happy you had great time. Sometimes during peak times the water is slow....but Normally the water pressure is fine as we have pump to keep the pressure up so maybe it was just off. We do have the best location on the Island and easy to get to most anywhere. Thanks! More

Stayed a week here and had a great time. Walk out your back door right on the beach. Beautiful surroundings, beach is gorgeous! We only ate at tides once for breakfast and it was good. We preferred going off trying different places to eat. Did have problems with the air conditioner, it kept freezing up and tv kept going off.... More
