You cannot run on the beach here. It is very narrow and is covered with boulders. If you want to run on a beach, Baie Rouge is close. I have actually run from Baie Nettle along the road to Baie Rouge, run the beach, then run back. It is about seven tenths of a mile, give or take a tenth of a mile or so, between the two. If you want a challenge, run from Baie Nettle on the road to Terre Basses. There are some challenging hills on this run. However, do it early in the morning to avoid the crazy drivers on this narrow road. Avoid running through Sandy Ground to Marigot unless you are intimidating enough to keep the locals away. Good luck.
