I would call the Belair if you have a concern about the room or reservation. The staff is very helpful. They do have elevators. The rooms they have available may depend on the type of reservation you have. ie. hotels reservation or RCI exchange. RCI exchanges tend to be for a fixed room location. Hotel reservation tend to give you what is available, accommodating as best they can.
