I only stayed at the Ginger Lily for one night, so this will be a superficial review. At arrival, I was upgraded to the “executive suite,” which was bigger than most apartments I’ve had! A very well-appointed suite, and would be worthwhile if staying in Rodney Bay for an extended period. The staff were very friendly, and showed me to...

We stayed in an Upper Deluxe room. It is spacious and clean as is the batroom. There a balcony with a hammock. The room has a teapot and a coffee maker as well as a a small but more than sufficient refrigerator, but no stove. The location is very good, just across the street from a public parking lot that...

We really loved our stay here. It was small hotel, where all the rooms are placed around a wonderful, lush garden and small swimming pool.It had a very personal feel. Our room was on the upper level it had a spacious feel as the ceiling was very high. The bathroom was huge and so was the bed with the mosquito...

Have just spent 12 nights at this hotel and found it provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Clean, friendly, and charming. Staff were helpful and always smiling. The hotel itself is quirky, offering basic accommodation, which is clean and well maintained. The communal pool/garden area is a place to relax and enjoy the sun. Breakfast consists of fruit,...

We stayed at the ginger lily on January 31 2017. After we checked in I went to shave and there was no water to my room. I checked with the front desk and was advised a plumber was doing some repair work and had turned off the water. It would be turned on shortly and this was a temporary problem....

This is a modest tel across from reduit beach. That layout is quite charming, but the facilities an infrastructure need a lot of work, as do the staff in customer relations. The plumbing was a disaster for us, with sporadic water pressure and temperature, but the killer was that the water was turned off for periods of time, or simply...

I love this place, the atmosphere was *homey*. Which is exactly what I was looking for. I love the fact that the front desk staff helped out in other areas. The ladies were very helpful, casual professional work wear. The complimentary breakfast was okay but could have a bit more options for the health conscious. The room attendant Lorena (Not...

Had a wonderful stay here. Only two minutes from the beach, cute little pool and garden, complimentary breakfast which was unexpected but appreciated. Warm and welcoming. Clean and tidy, friendly and only ten mins walk from Rodney Bay high street. Do take a bus to Gros Islet as it's very atmospheric and you can eat for much less (and more...

On November 24th, 2016 my husband suffered a fatal heart attack while on a Snuba expedition there at Pigeon Island. We were vacationing on St. Lucia as part of a Caribbean cruise. Following his death, arrangements were made by the port agent for me to leave the cruise ship and stay at your hotel while I awaited the arrival of...

My stay at this cute boutique hotel was marvelous. It was perfect for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable and it had all of the necessary basics. The grounds were clean and quaint. Quiet enough to read or enjoy the silence. A short walk across the street to the beach made t even better. The staff was...
