The hotel is Colonial style with some touches of maintenance lacks (Elevator doors look) but overall clean, good beds although a bit hard, and all necessary amenities. The bar downstairs is a nice place for a cocktail, but forget the snacks, very expensive and a ham and cheese sandwich came still frozen inside. Overall the staff is friendly enough and...

Our flight back to the US was cancelled due to the weather, so we needed to find a place to stay in Fort-De-France. I love history, culture, and architecture, so I thought this place was super cool - very old school, quirky, and neat decor. However, the room was very small and the WiFi service was pretty poor, so I...

Light rain and stopped for a coke. Comfortable corner plantation weave seating. Nice cool breeze off the park and Caribbean Sea. Friendly folks with free wifi. Menus available in USD, otherwise on euros at $1.30 to $1.00 US. Rain stopped off to Yellow for lunch on Rue VICTOR HUGO!

This hotel is great for people who love parties and staying up all night and also, culture, history and architecture. This hotel is not a good match for people coming to Martinique to relax, refresh, work and/or study. This beautiful building has been run by the same family since 1955. It has nice touches you don't see in new structures,...

Do not stay here, the hotel is horrendous. Staff are rude and unhelpful, manager is by far the rudest most unhelpful I've ever had the displeasure to speak to. Absolute disgrace and I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me.... Overpriced hell hole........

The hotel is quite beautiful with wooden floors and quirky furniture and paintings. The rooms are clean and overlooking Savannah park. It also felt quite quiet for being in the center of town. There is also a restaurant which is closed on sunday and a bar/cafe. We also had the breakfast buffet which is a great deal for 10 Euros....

Sometimes you visit a place and are made to feel like a nuisance rather than welcome guests. We had booked a room some months before and had waited in the bar until it was ready. When the time came for occupancy we were told the room was unavailable due to a blocked lavatory. I am surprised it takes three days...

Rain, rain did not go away. Stopped to get a cola and free wifi. Worth the stop and rest. Cola was served cold in an ice filled glass. Price was reasonable and change in euros which was left as a tip. Overall, a great experience and across from the park and lots of people watching.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the port. The decor was a eclectic mixture of Asian, French and Creole and dark wood floors and walls. The room was fabulously decorated and the air conditioner was quiet and comfortable. The best was the Thursday Lunch buffet of creole food and the breakfast. I wished I had stayed an extra...

Check in was easy. However the hotel says free WiFi and when I checked in I had difficulty to obtain a WiFi code. I eventually received one that went up to 12 am only. On Sunday I was told that WiFi is finished. Huh? Checkout was confusing. I paid via hotels.com and was given a bill when leaving. I advised...
