Hi Steven. It's actually not any noise from Duffy’s that doesn't carry upstairs. There is a local bar down 2 doors and across the street that often plays loud music on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. By law they can stay open till 2 AM. The real problem is the kids in cars with blaring speakers that like to continue the party and cruise up and down the Malecon. The police are very sympathetic and come within minutes when called, but someone has to call. It's a real problem I am working with the municipality to solve. Try a weekday Reservation!

Duffy's, the restaurant downstairs serves delicious food from fresh whole fish to fabulous burgers and veggie specials. They stock a case of artisan beers that rivals any stateide brewery.
