The ferry terminal is in Farjardo, about a 1 hour drive from San Juan.
The ferry trip length varies between 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours and costs $2 per person each way. Advance reservations are not accepted.
The current ferry schedule is:
- Departs from Fajardo: 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 4:45 p.m., 8:15 p.m.
- Departs from Vieques: 6:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m.
The ferry docks in Isabel Segunda II. Publicos will be available at the ferry dock to provide rides to your car rental company, hotel or most other destinations on the island at a reasonable rate. If you plan to come straight to the Bravo Beach Hotel once arriving from the ferry, it is a short 10 minute walk from the ferry dock.

You need to take a taxi or a public van from the airport to the hotel. There are usually vans at the airport for the day time arrivals. After 6 pm, it would be best if you contacted 787-741-TAXI to arrange a pick up in advance. They are bilingual. I believe it is about $15 to the hotel, but you will want to check with them to confirm a price.
