An amazing start to our holiday, from the hanging bed to the nighttime jungle sounds. We made the most of Renees excellent breakfast , the best meal of the day usually. It's a great base to explore El Yunque and the East coast in comfort and style.

My only wish is that we stayed more nights at the Rainforest Inn instead of splitting our time here and with a large resort. The room was huge and had a beautiful lanai attached with a view of the rainforest. It also had a kitchenette and large bathroom. I slept wonderfully listening to the sounds of the forest, and the...

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We stayed in the Villa which was beautiful inside and out. The private back porch had two hammocks with views of the landscaped grounds, the rainforest and the ocean in the distance. The rooms itself was very relaxing and had all the little amenities you could think of (coffee, filtered water,...

Fabulous spot, if we had known about it before we would have used it as a base for 5 nights and day tripped to San Juan and surrounds. Hosts were helpful and friendly as were their dogs. Rainforest and waterfall were speccie, villas were well appointed for cooking in at night and savouring the seclusion. Breakfasts were delicious and stylish,...

Highly recommend it. My husband, son and I stayed in their villa for 5 nights and what a fabulous experience it was. Beautiful decor and ambience inside and gorgeous view of the rainforest and the far off ocean outside. Linens and toiletries were of the most superior quality - no expenses spared there. The kitchenette came with a blender so...

Thank you for the kind words. Every year we make more improvements. New covered porches for hammocks. Prettier landscaping. And better access to our trail are the latest.

We had a wonderful stay of three nights; we would have loved to stay longer. We enjoyed the fantastic breakfasts and the gardens around the facility were superbly done. It could not have been better. It surpassed our expectations.

Me and my fiancée stayed there for 4 nights in the villa. The house was spacious and clean. The hosts really pay attention to details such as folding the towels as flowers, leaving flashlights in the room and coffee/sugar in the fridge. I've been traveling a lot and I've stayed at many eco friendly hotels/hostels and so on before but...

The inn is situated in the actual rainforest with fantastic views of the ocean in the distance. The main attraction of the area is of course the trekking up at the el yunque rainforest information centre .... however the Inn also has its very own private trek taking about 1 hour each way and ending with. your very own waterfall...

This place exceeded any expectations I had going into the trip, friendly and warm, great food, great views, seclusion, cute dogs and cats, beautiful plants, trees and flowers. The hike was beautiful with a massive waterfall at the end of it. All in all this place was worth it, my wife and I hope to return again some time.

Stay in the El Yunque rain forest of Puerto Rico. We have hikes to secluded swimming holes and mountainside waterfalls right out our background. We have no air conditioning, radios, or TV but we do offer quilts on the beds (it's cool up here in the mountains). If you are a nature lover you will love staying here. We have two bedroom chalet with baths and complete kitchen. There is a tremendous view from your window. Close to Luquillo Beach. ... more   less
