Terrible service There was no water. It was not their fault because most of the city also lost it. But received no compensation or any provision of bottle water to brush your teeth. shower or use the toilet. After 24 hrs. We left. Would NOT recommend Will never return

We only got to stay in Da House for one night. Loved the decor, loved the vibe, loved the location, loved the rooftop hot tub. People at the front desk during the day were friendly and very helpful. One drawback: no elevator; this wasn't a problem for us, but definitely something to consider for older people or people with leg...

We stayed at Da House during the Christmas holiday. Old San Juan tends to get crowded during this time of the year and it can be a headache to park, but the location is not too far from Doña Fela parking and main streets. Our room was very quiet even though its terrace was facing north where crowds detour to...

Liked the lobby, interesting art work, airy and roomy. When we arrived, there were no water in the hotel and the city . A major water pipe got broke, they said. Water trucks were delivering water for the people. When we asked where to use toilet or shower, they didn't know. When we have to use the toilet, we were told...

This hotel was gorgeous, I loved the contemporary artsy style. We were in a room right over the alley and dont remember having any issues with it being too loud. The location is great. The hot tub on the roof was a great bonus, we met some nice people up there are partied with them after we got back from...

Gorgeous airy hotel with modern art work and great pieces of furniture, massive chandeliers and cool reception area - and a choice of rooms to suit your taste. Decent price for location and facilities the hotel offer. Clean, simple lines and friendly staff. Close to the action - club underneath the hotel so expect to be able to hear it......

We stayed here for one night - a Saturday night, no less. We somehow wound up in room 402--not what we had booked but this was even better! We had large doors that opened to a little patio, a small sitting area, mini-fridge and bath. The room and hotel overall were adorable. We stayed here on a Saturday night and...

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay at Da House in a perfect location in Old San Juan. We were warned ahead of time that there would be loud but cool music emanating from the ground floor nightclub and that we could choose quieter but windowless "inside" rooms. We decided to risk it with lovely room #406. Shuttered...
