The Acacia was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the parting Merci, au revoir...a very intimate restaurant with an exciting menu, explained by the chef himself, everything well-prepared and delicious. Everyone should treat themselves to this dining experience!

Front desk help was very friendly, however, the front desk leaves at 11pm and there is no one there to monitor wild guests. We were awakened at 1am by a huge party. There were young adults drinking, swearing with loud music. We are definitely not prudes, however this was RIDICULOUS!!! Also, beware this is one street over from being a...

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Although our front desk hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week, our sister property down the block has 24 hour front desk service and attend to guests until the next morning we have the information readily available at the front desk in...

We arrived in the evening and were shown to a room which was so depressing that we immediately asked if there was another in the hotel to which we could move for our two night booking. No. Was there a room in their sister hotel up the road? No. We advised the hotel that we would stay only the one...

After walking in and seeing the nice lobby everything seemed to be below expectations after that.  Check in was disorganized and the receptionist was not helpful.  We booked a King Deluxe and got put into a small room with a queen bed.  We n asked for the manager on many occasions and was nowhere to be found for the 4...

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely converted Spanish Villa. The staff were great and the half block to the beach was the perfect location. We loved the quiet location and the rate was much better than staying at the more crowded, louder & bigger hotels in Condado

The staff was exceptional - friendly, courteous, helpful, and caring! The room was perfect - comfortable bed, view of the ocean from our private balcony, nice and cold air conditioning! While the hot tub was not 'quite' as large as I had anticipated, it was wonderful - perfect for relaxing after a long night out on the town! I highly...

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. Very close to a nice beach and some good restaurants. Easy to take city bus to Old San Juan. Hotel didn't have an elevator so third floor was tough for us since we're not young. Room was pretty and bed comfortable. Room air conditioner was...

Okay, so Acacia has got the basics down: A small pool at their sister hotel and their own hot water pool. The rooms are nice. Ours had a terrace with an ocean (and a parking lot) view but it only had a plastic table and two chairs and no afternoon or evening sun so it wasn't where we spent most...

A convenient area between airport and Old Town, this small hotel offers a warm welcome, clean and very adequate rooms.
