My partner and I visited the Hotel Tim bamboo in May 2016. Before booking the hotel, we reviewed the comments on Trip Advisor and compared with other hotels. We totally enjoyed the stay and would revisit if we needed a place to stay in that area. The exterior needs repainting and this gave an impression that this was a run...

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Tim Bamboo especially because of the staff Antoinette, Mitchell and Travis. I got the standard room, which was very reasonably priced, spacious and was kept very clean. Because I got the standard room, it didn't have a television or air condition, but you could upgrade to a room with air condition and a...

On booking the hotel via booking.com the description reads rooms come with TV and AC. I booked a basic room without looking at the small print and was surprised to find no AC or TV. For the price of the room £60 per night, you would expect TV and AC. That said, there was security at the hotel, the linen...

Stayed at this guesthouse/hotel for 3 days. Overall a clean place. I did not like that the breakfast was sparingly served. The other issues were the lights were turned off in the hallways, making it hard to see to get downstairs. Staff was kind and professional.

The location is quite good as it is only 10 minutes walk into town. I stayed for three nights and the staff were friendly enough. Apparently they couldn't find the spare key to my room so it was never cleaned during the whole time I was there. No one offered me any towels or offered to empty the bin. The...

Hotel is situated on the outskirts of away from the din and pushy people on the streets of Port Antonio. The staff was very respectful and attired. Towels and linen were clean and crisp. The room was very clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast service was excellent! No a/c in the room :-( only a ceiling...
