My boyfriend and I wanted to try a smaller more intimate hotel and this place delivered. The rooms where clean and the bed was more comfortable than I expected. The continental breakfast was complimentary and the selection was good. Ordered a local breakfast one morning and was somewhat disappointed. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Centrally located on the...

This is a marvel of all beach locations. Large beach area and enough room to get away from the beach and sit a cool drink in the shade of the trees. Food is great, especially the grill when you are craving a midday snack. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and amendities abound. Two pools to keep you cool if you...

This location has the perfect beach: plenty of shade, the hotel is close to the water, the property's shoreline is wide (some of the properties have a very narrow "claim." The hotel was perfect - for us. Not a lot of frills, but everything you need. Clean, comfortable, Jamaican coffee in your room. We liked being able to walk to...

I stayed at Coco La Palm with my daughter. We had a really good time. We stayed in the deluxe king room. The grounds were well-kept, beautiful and tropical. I read through a lot of reviews before settling on this hotel and it was well worth the research. So I was prepared for the vendors and yes, they were annoying...

This hotel is superb. The landscape is beautiful and the rooms are big and clean… And the staff is exceptional. I have to complaint. From the moment I step foot into the check-in area it was wonderful experience. We right away got a complimentary upgrade with our room, continental breakfast, and beach towels. There was a Managers dinner party for...

If you want relaxation, this is the place to go. Very very laid back. The beach was awesome; water was warm and very clean. The food was good and banana bread to die for. Room: very clean. May need a little updating, but to be honest we were at the beach most of the time. Service: excellent. The staff was...

The hotel is well appointed and secure with friendly staff. Our trip was made all the more interesting once we were introduced to the guys that do the glass bottom boat tour. It is a smaller boat with a rustic charm and the tour guides JJ and Brent were a a blast! We took two trips out with them, first...

We've stayed at similar smaller boutique hotels in Playa del Carmen and CoCo was a better experience in almost every measure. We considered a lot of hotels including Idle Awhile and CountryCountry. Ultimately the price at Negril OneStop price was probably the deciding factor. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms on the second floor and that was an...
