My boyfriend and I stayed at Coco from Nov.19 -26 and we had an amazing time!! The hotel sits right in the middle of 7 mile beach, truly the location couldn't be better. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff, our room was in the newer section and it was perfect. We had a king size...

We visited for week and had wonderful relaxing time. The highlight was the amazing 7 mile beach with crystal clear water and white sand. Most all of the staff is super nice and helpful. There are gorgeous lush gardens all throughout the resort, I would recommend bringing bug spray. This resort was very compact and the beach is only a...

This is our third year in a row coming here. Beautiful beach, lots of activities. The pool is great to get away from the sand if needed. We have a 4 year old so the pool was perfect ! Everything has been upgraded! Rooms, wifi bar and restaurant. The wifi used to never work. Now it's flawless . I had...

My wife and I stayed at Coco from Dec. 11 until the 18th. We had asked for a room near the water or a pool, or somewhere where there was signs of life. When we arrived, however, we were put into the furthest room from the water, in the entire resort, with horrible lighting, beds, no clock radio, and a...

Pros: This resort is clean and the staff are great. The service on the beach is really good. There is only one restaurant, the service is good and staff very friendly! You will see the same menu every night, but there are a lot of other restaurants near by. The beach is cleaned and raked nightly. Cons: There are a...

The staff is very friendly and recognized me...

My friend and I travelled for the first time to Jamaica. We spent 10 wonderful days at this beautiful hotel. The hotel area was clean, the beach & the sea simply stunning. We had everything we needed at Coco. The staff was helpful and friendly all over! The restaurants are directly located at the beach and you have a great...

This was our fifth stay at Coco la palm. This trip, we stayed in one of the "standard" rooms in the new section. Pleasantly surprised by how nice these rooms are. We booked through Negril one stop. Great travel agents! The room is huge. Fridge, safe, flat-screen tv, king bed, no balcony, big bathroom & shower. The continental breakfast is...

Wow, what a amazing time I had while staying at CoCo. As my driver pulled up to the entrance, he announced.."Welcome to the Prettiest Hotel at Christmas Time in Negril". And boy is he right, the placed is decked out in great colorful lights and even has a Christmas tree in the lobby. Check in was a breeze and I...

We left Coco La Palm today after a weeks stay. We had a superior room with nice view of the beach. The room was in the old section if the resort which was a bonus since we had a spacious patio. The linens in the room were old and cheap. New sheets, towels, and bedspread would be a great improvement....
