My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks, fabulous service, friendly and professional staff. Great room and fantastic beach. Great time at the beach bar, music just right, food excellent - stay here all day if you want, use the pool if you do not, no pressure either way. Night time entertainment was limited but good.

My husband and I just returned from our vacation at Sunset At the Palms in Negril and we were so happy that we chose this resort. We were looking for an intimate getaway without the kids and we couldn't of selected a better place. Everything from the food, accommodations, grounds, pool, beach, fitness area is excellent - actually better than...

The resorts gods were smiling down on me when I was booked into Sunset at the Palms after an unfortunate few hours at the Grand Lido down the street. From the moment I set foot on the property, I was surrounded by complete serenity and class. The grounds are immaculate and attended to beautifully as are the gorgeous rooms. They...

If you are looking for the comfort and ease of an all inclusive resort without all the `group activity` the SATP is a good option. The food was excellent, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable and quiet with a good bathroom. There was plenty of space and a lovely balcony. You have to cross a busy road to...

I'm going to divide this review into 2 parts: The Resort/All-Inclusive experience: This gets 5 stars all the way. Staff were exemplary (in particular the F&B manager Lair and wait staff Paul and Tessa). Simply put, this is the best of all worlds in that you get a boutique experience (small private rooms, no concrete jungle, etc) with all the...

Place is amazing. As a country boy from THE west indies, I enjoyed everyminute of it. All chefs kenroy, howard and entire wait staff are the best. Hospitality to the max. Beach grill by Fitzroy n OPALis serious. Grilled snapper n jerk are niceness. Front desk Carla n Octavia are diamonds. They take best of care for your every move....

My husband and I (late 20s) stayed at Sunset at the Palms from December 6-13. WOW!!! Sunset at the Palms is absolute zen! The entire atmosphere of the resort is laid-back, chill, and intimate. The food is excellent - buffet option for every meal as well as a la carte, if you choose. The treetop rooms are so unique, private,...

On return from our holiday at Sunset at the Palms we read many reviews from American holiday makers that in the main did not reflect our experiences. Firstly, Jamaica is noisy in many different ways. On our arrival at about 9 pm, I genuinely thought the noise of the insects and frogs was piped through a sound system!! It was...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A great spot for romantics or a destination wedding. Nestled amongst tropical gardens and flowering plants at the edge of Negril, this unique all-inclusive gem is best described as intimate, chic and serene. The resort offers 85 "tree-house-style," elegantly appointed guestrooms on ten-acres of lush landscaping, a design praised by Architectural Digest. Melt away with a soothing spa service in our unique treatment garden, cool off at the swim-up bar with a tropical drink or "chill" at the resort's five beachfront acres and two miles of white sand beach, just steps away. When dining is on the menu, you'll enjoy both international and authentic Jamaican cuisine at four restaurants and bars. ... more   less
