Really enjoyed my stay. It was right on the beach and the staff was friendly. The rooms are simple but was clean and worth the money. The hostel is attached to a bar and restaurant that had an amazing live session. Right beside it as well is fly high Jamaica who offers different water sports options.

The rooms are very nice. They are cleaned every day. Great showers that are accessible from every room. Each room is named after a famous Scottish castle! The best part about this place is that it is connected to an outdoor bar of the same name (Drifters Bar) with live music!! It is literally a 30 second walk to the beach!! And there are restaurants and a corner store all just a few steps away. If you are looking to save money then this is the place for you and your friends!

Nice reasonable sized rooms with air con. Shared toilets and showers but there are about three of each so no problem there. Located in the centre of 7 mile beach with two restaurants next door and a very good (and cheap) one 20 seconds away. Located next to Drifters bar which has live music Sundays, Wednesday's and Fridays which stops usually by about 8pm. The hostel is new and so in excellent condition . Security is good and you can walk to other restaurants and bars saving on taxi fare.

This place has the Best location right on the beach. Barra (Rasta) is the nicest host we meet on our travels in Jamaica. He took so good care of us, and always made sure we were okay. Good atmosphere! Go.

Thanks for your question. We are on the beach side about 1 mile from the Town Centre. We are surrounded by things to do and places to go all within easy walking distance. Check out our website for rooms and rates.
When the site comes up click on menu and then click on best value beds.We have live music on three afternoons but it is over by 8pm so no problem with noise to stop anyone sleeping,
