The staff are very pleasant and accommodating thereby resulting in excellent service. The beach is just perfect for relaxing and rejuvenation. The price is just right. I have been back on many occasions with family members who have also gotten hooked on this nice piece of hidden paradise. The resort is clean and well equipped. I am hooked on Negril...

The hotel is right on the beach and the location is perfect. The restaurant for breakfast is on a big deck overlooking the beach with a spectacular view, the pool is on the deck as well. The staff always tries to make you feel comfortable. Security on the beach is very reliable. You can leave your stuff on the beach...

Received a good room which was clean with a newly decorated bathroom. The bar and restaurant is overpriced, go elsewhere for food and drinks. The pool was dirty. The security needs to be improved in order to tell off the hustlers on the beach who will bother you every 2 minutes. And finally, don't use the "hotel taxi driver" named...

I visited the negril palms hotel this summer for a week. The check in took only a few moments. The staff were very friendly and hotel grounds were very clean. I stayed in a room with two double beds. It was very cute and cottage like. There's a safe, TV, air conditioner and nice comfortable running warm water. The water...

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were great. Hot water for showers was an issue but the maintenance man was able to correct this by day two. We ordered room service once and it was delicious. The wait time was a little long. My partner and I were very pleased with our over all experience at this resort. It is...

I read the reviews for this hotel and was very skeptical about booking. When me and my partner first arrived at the property we approached the gate to a VERY rude member of staff who looked at us and said " yes ". We explained to her that we had been involved in a car accident and that we were...

I spent five nights here. The room was nice, a/c, great little deck outside to watch tropical rainstorms. The restaurant is good, but not great but breakfast was reasonably priced and yummy. The bar is a sleepy little place to get overpriced drinks; best bet to go next door. The pool is small but clean, and the beach is gorgeous....

We visited Negril Palms restaurant every morning for breakfast and there have been minor issues each day but after our last experience we won't be back. When we asked for a coffee refill (the menu says all breakfast entrees come with bottomless coffee) our waitress caught an attitude, took our cups away to get the coffee, and then brought back...

I hate to write a negative review ever, but I'm afraid I can't recommend the Palms. I brought my family here and we had two rooms. When we got up to the room, the AC was not on, so first impression was the room was rather hot. We also had ants by the door and in the bathroom. I told...
