It was smart to get the arrival and departure package. We always get the arrival as we have been stuck 2 to 3 hours going through customs. We haven't always needed it but we know that from the moment we land we will be at the Sandals lounge in 20 minutes. Someone will be waiting for you at the end of the ramp with a sign with your name on it. The first thing that they will ask you for is your confirmation letter. I would call Club Mobay and ask them to email you that. Once you show them the letter they will escort you through and give you vouchers for the departure lounge. I personally think the lounge is worth it they have an assortment of food and a full bar. I asked for a bottle of water that I took on the plane. Our flight in February was delayed by 2 hours and it was nice to have a drink and relax on a comfortable couch and watch TV. They also have nice clean big bathrooms that you can change in. Hope this helps.
I recall an early morning yoga being listed in the resort’s newsletter, but I honestly don’t recall the details. There also may be yoga classes (that may or may not incur an additional cost) through the spa.
