Have gone there several times.. Though it is not a perfect place for vacation, you can still stay for couple of nights without any regret. The town and the beaches are just 5 to 8 mins drive only. So, i would suggest that one can stay here, and go to places of attraction and come back, for people who don't...

We had a really wonderful experience at Verney's House. Well, our flight was been canceled and we had to find some place in Montego Bay to spend the night. We were so happy to find this place. We enjoyed nice mountains view from our window! Also we had wonderful dinner there. I want to say lots of THANKS to the...

Well when we got there (September 16, 2013), lets just say we gave it a chance and it just didn't work out. The people are VERY nice, but the motel itself was not what it looked like in the pictures. The view was nice, when you look through the bars... There were little red bugs all over the furniture (except...

A great place to stay, and good value. The food is really good and cooked to order with very friendly staff that ensure your stay is well worth it.It has great views, and the open eating area has lots of charisma and charm, with plants all around and a nice little bar with good prices.Had great fun at breakfast and dinner with the owners...

If you really want to feel Jamaica this is the place to go. My wife and I enjoyed the staff, they were very accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the maid swept and mopped every day as well we had clean sheets and towels daily. The decor of the room were fitting for the room theme. The...

You need a car to stay here. The only good thing about this hotel is the view from the alcove in the room onto the hills behind Montego Bay. The room itself is dark and needs renovation. The - also needs renovation - bathroom rug on the floor was old and shabby and was so unhygienic looking I didn't even...

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The food was excellent. There's an outdoor pool and beautiful views of the city below. The room was clean, but the decor was a bit dated. The location was convenient, close to downtown, the beach and bus terminal (about a 10-15minute walk). However, I don't recommend walking to the hotel after dark. The...

Don't let these reviews fool you, because they surely fooled me. The rooms are dirty and dark and a lot of roaches, bathrooms are horrible needs renovating. Mold was all over the bathroom. And staff is okay. Owners are nice but i would not waste my money here i would rather go to an all-inclusive. Food= small portions and huge...
