My wife and I stayed at the Riu Palace Macao from 7th to the 21st of February 2017. Overall a brilliant place to stay but with a few issues. The Pro's: Modern hotel for adults only with all the facilities you could wish for. 5 restaurants. 3 Bars, 4 if you include the Casino. Coffee shop. Great beach. Lots of...

Spent two weeks at this wonderful hotel, first time I have stayed this long and never tired of the food. Hotel staff was amazing always friendly and went out of their way to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Had to call a couple of times for things not working in the room , this was handled...

We spent 7 days here and were not disappointed. The food was very good in all of the restaurants. We especially liked the steak house and had surf and turf 3 times. The pool and beach are wonderful. The resort staff are as attentive as you want them to be. If they couldn't answer your question, they found someone who...

We visited here last July for my 40th birthday, the hotel was very good. The drinks are plentiful however, my husband was pretty sure that the top brands were replaced by non-brand drinks. He preferred the bourbon from the hotel bar. The wine was awful and as I wine drinker this was disappointing, however I found that if I asked...

Returned from this fantastic resort on the 17th of Feb after a week of very enjoyable relaxation Booked a deluxe room and upon arrival asked about an upgrade and got a suite (Room 3222) that was on the corner over looking the pools and the ocean for $200.00 US cash Well worth the extra money for the view and the...

When we first arrived we were blown away by how friendly the staff was! Then they gave us a "junior suite" which overlooked the parking lot and smelled like a swamp ! We immediately came back down and complained. The hotel clerk was apologetic and genuinely concerned about our happiness ! We gave us an upgrade to the 3400 building...

This is our 6th consecutive visit. The staff continue to be excellent and the food is very good. But there is a noticeable decline in the overall standard of this hotel. It I'd definitely not a Palace compared to others or the way it was last year. There is a lack of management at the top and this is filtering...

Top notch resort. 5 star all around for service and amenities. Lots to do and almost all of it is included. Great food and loads of entertainment and local Dominican flare. My only critique is that many of the staff speak very little or no English and this can sometimes be a bit of a pain so I would recommend...

Arrived for a 3 week holiday 13th Jan, on arrival we were shown to a standard room that "stank" of damp with no view because of the bushes. We asked for another room and was told it was an upgrade and would cost more, we liked these better and were then told a suite was available but it would cost...
