We enjoyed our staying at this b&b. We had a room in the new building, first floor with balcony and see view. There were no traffic sounds in the room. AC, wifi, television, private bathroom available at the room. Fridge available at the common areas. Unfortunately our fridge had some mould inside. Nice room, good breakfast included ( supplements available),...

We really enjoyed the stay for a week in this guesthouse. Phil and his wife helped us with all of our questions and made our stay in Dominica even better. Every morning Phil made a simple but a nice breakfast. The rooms are small but clean. From this place the bus stations are on a 10 minutes walk to the...

We found the St James Guesthouse very comfortable and at a reasonable price. Breakfast was included in the rate as was all the VAT and other add ons so you knew what you were up for from the time you booked. Our room was clean and had good aircon, which is needed in Dominica. It was a short walk to...

Cute and cozy place to spend many nights in Roseau. The owners, Phil and Carol are amazing with their recommendations of what to do, where to go and eat around the area. 2º floor rooms are with balconies. Breakfast is served on the 2º floor. First floor complimentary coffee/tea and refrigerator. About 10 minute walk to downtown.

The room was clean, had AC and bathroom was really ok. Location is very good since it's right in the center of Rouseau. Breakfast is just right and tasty. Staff is very helpful and friendly so we had a good time. The staff is the reason the stars are 5 and not 4. Good price too on a short notice...

We stayed here for one night in a sea view ac room after spending 2 weeks in an apt in Mero and the difference was night and day for a similar price. We had a very tiny room which was clean and had ac with two tiny terraces with poor views. You will hear the dogs and roosters outside at...

B&B in the northern outskirts of Roseau. The area feels slightly shady at first, but is actually pretty good. It's close to downtown without the mad traffic situation you get there (one way streets that are not marked in any way as an example). It's right next to a drugstore with good opening hours, as well as one block away...

Really nice place to stay in for solo travelers and couples. The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. There's also a very nice roof deck in one of the buildings. Phil is a kind and helpful host, and will help you with almost anything.

Stayed with Phil and Carol for 8 weeks early this year. They are the best. Phil does breakfast of fresh fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. Phil makes the best coffee. Both are very friendly and can assist with any activity. Really miss our morning conversations after breakfast.

Carol and Phil take their job serious and care about their guests. I had an excellent room, that was newly remodeled. It was in the newer building, around the corner. The old building, will be where you will have the included toast, coffee, tea, fruit and jam breakfast. Parking doesn't see to be any problem. The area is quieter than...
