Our first night in Cuba was not welcoming...The room was dirty and outdated. The bathroom tub was rusty, and the shower handle was broken. The doorknob to the actual room was broken. We landed at night, and couldn't wait for the morning to check out and RUN to another hotel. HORRIBLE...lots of locals are there as well, the pool looked...

When I first got to hotel the front desk person was rude. Thought it was going to be like that the whole time. But all the other staff were very friendly and kind. Food was good and clean dinning area. Had fun at the pool bar and snack bar! One problem was they had me off side around the corner...

Was an OK trip. Rooms were old but cleaned daily. Ask for extra pillows ours were very thin. 2 single beds. Ran out of beer 3 different days in the lobby bar. The rest of the days the beer was very flat. Awful. Food wasn't great. Breakfast was hard to find something edible. Left over scrambled eggs were saved for...

My friend and I decided it would be nice to spend Christmas & New Years out of Canada. Varadero won when we were trying to decide. This was the cheapest hotel we could find over the holidays. The first night there was awful our beds were just springs covered up. They were nice however and changed our rooms the next...

My wife & I were at this hotel last year, & I wrote an honest review. I thought I would give another one as a "second timer" at this property. We spent 10 days there and the hotel has actually made some improvements. Both elevators are working with a new flashy digital display, and fresh paint was in evidence on...

This was my 2nd time at Acuzul. The first time was much better. I stayed for a month this past April. The rooms are large, the beds were clean, as was my bathroom. The balcony's were horrendous. The railings were falling off the balconies, I was on the 6th floor. View was fantastic, but not safe. I always had clean...
