Unfortunately, have been spoiled by other hotels. The experience here is inferior compared to most other hotels. This is the worst vacation I've had in Cuba. The flight was delayed by four hours. Instead of arriving around 7 pm, we arrived at the hotel past midnight. There was no food available, just drinks at the 24 hour lobby bar. The front-desk clerk was pleasant and helped me promptly and gave me room 5 in house number 428...

Was just there. I have been to Varadero over 50 times in the last 30 years and this was the worst. This place should not be sold at all. Now I understand why there weren't any reviews on Villa Sotavento and I am anxious to see how long my review will remain on this site. Had a room in a beach...
