Detailed Reviews
This was a great place well located in Santiago. The room was well appointed and very clean. The breakfast on the upstairs terrace was very good. The 3 Ana's are lovely women who really care about their guests and make you feel as if their casa is your own home

We stayed 3 nights with the 3 Anas over New Year 2012, and they are wonderful, wonderful women. We were generally well-looked after everywhere we stayed in Cuba (we were there for a month) but these women were incredible. Everything we wanted to do, they helped us with, even suggesting just the right visits for us and our 10 and 12 year old daughters. They also arranged accommodation for the whole of our last 2 weeks, and even came to our rescue when the casa we'd arranged by ourselves in the next town fell through - I rang them and the next thing I knew someone had come to find us to take us to our new casa! The rooms are very comfortable, with a choice of air-conditioner or fan, and both with en-suite bathrooms that were big and clean. One room is interior, so not to everyone's liking, but no problem of outside noise. Breakfasts were very good and so was dinner (very accommodating of fussy eaters) and all on the rooftop terrace with views and a great sense of space. And if that's not enough - a central location very close to Parque Cespedes. A really fantastic place to stay in Santiago.

A very beautiful casa with an exceptional rooftop and terrace (my favorite so far after 2 weeks in Cuba). The ladies who run the place are lovely to speak with and incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy walk from the casa to Cespedes Plaza and the Bouvelard as well as the bay.

A great hostel with several nice size rooms with comfortable beds and excellent quiet air condition, plenty of hot water, very clean. Ana was a gracious host and is pleasure to know. My friends and I were served a huge breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a view of the ships in Santiago harbor and the town. It is located in the center of town within walking distance of restaurants, stores and many historical buildings on a narrow one way street that will truly give you the experience of old Cuba.

Gracious hostesses we were always made to feel comfortable. My sister and I shared a room with double beds. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is a separate area. Make arrangements to stay for dinner because it was some of the best food we had in Cuba. Flavorful sauces, fresh fruits, fish and good mojitos. The flan was exceptional.

Firstly, the host can speak English, always a win. If I wasn't blown away by my massive double room with a dressing area, aircon and fridge, the multiple terraces did the job. There is a swimming pool with a bar area, and multiple levels of terrace with a pool table on top. Exactly what we needed for a hot day. The central square (with wifi) is close by, neighborhood felt safe. Plenty of decent restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at ana's place for three nights and if it was for Ana I think we'd spend our whole trip at her place. Ana welcomed us in her house as if we'd been her friends for years. She speaks English very well and helped us with arranging everything we'd like to do from taxi's, pick-ups to daytrips. All in the best american cars and for a fraction of the money the tour agencies require. The best trip was our trip to gran piedra with the only american car in Santiago that's still able to climb up the steep hills. Since Ana gets tourgroups as well it's often possible to join in for dinner. We did that twice and the food was really tastefull and plentyfull (chicken, fish, salad, beens, rice, plantain, avocado and flan). Special thanks as well for the staff of Ana's. They don't speak English but managed to make us laugh the whole day and somehow managed to communicate and made us really feel at home.

My mom and I stayed at Casa Las 3 Ana for 2 nights, while we were in Santiago, Cuba. The two sisters and mom are all named Ana, and they take great pride in their casa. Everything is clean, and they are incredible cooks. They made a dinner one night of lamb and shrimp, and the sauces were remarkable. Still dreaming about the food. For dessert, they served us this grapefruit rind that had been boiled down, and it tasted fabulous. This is a wonderful place to stay in Santiago, that is 3 little streets away from many museums, and the heart of downtown Santiago. Wonderful stay!

I stayed here 3 nights, I had a room up on the terrace and found it clean and comfortable. The 3 Ana;\'s are lovely and Angela (the cleaner/ clothes washer) is so much fun! Though my spanish is poor and she has no english, we managed to have a good time and laugh together. The view from the top terrace is something not to be missed as the sun is setting (even better with a Havana club Rum). I took a couple of Salsa lessons across the road at about 12 CUC for 1 hour it was great value and after only 3 lessons I was dancing like a pro! Would go back there right now if I could! <3
