Yet again a great location in the heart of Old Havana with superb historic rooms with high ceilings and great views out of the room. Comfy room with twin beds, plenty of hot water and space. We were somewhat confused with the mixed attitude of the staff. We were greeted by Hulio (hope you enjoy the frog t-shirt) who was...

This is effectively a restaurant/flamenco establishment with a few rooms above. The location is brilliant - bang in the centre of Old Havana. The rooms are full of lovely old character. It was clean. The breakfast was good. But, Most of the staff seem a bit grumpy We were charged extra to have a refill coffee with breakfast The evening...

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we knew this was home in Havana. The waitstaff, housekeepers, and flamenco band, acted as if we'd always be visiting them. The restaurant is large, the dance floor sits up high giving a view from all angles. And upstairs are 5 lovely rooms with ceilings that easily stretch up 15-18 feet. Tiled...

I loved this hotel, I would love to go back again. They are featured in Spain and culture, they have live show daily and nightly, pretty decor from back in the days, high ceiling and stairwell from lobby to upper level where all guestrooms are, just beautiful. Only thing I would like to mention, is that they don't have the...

This is a nice hotel in the middle of Havanna. It is old, but is has its distinctiveness. The street outside is narrow and cosy with the typical Cuban aatmosphere. There is flamenco show in the resturant in the evening. Just keep in mind that the taxi can not take you all the way to the hotel, så you will...

5 amazing days in the capital and this hotel was the perfect place to be. Central for old Havana in a bustling area with flamenco dancing every night. The bedroom was a bit tired looking but the atmosphere is what you want and you feel you are tight in the heart of historical Havana.

Very central location a mere few steps to Plaza Vieja and all the fun cafés, bars and restaurants. Rustic charm, with lovely bedroom but bathroom plumbing was a nightmare. Loose taps, no water at all from bidet, only one tap working in shower. Live entertainment most lunchtimes and evenings. Excellent. Food was not great but Cuba is not known for...

Food hygiene is a problem in Cuba and it is all because of places like this. I had the chicken my wife had the fish, both where disgusting to taste and it was only after pondering a taste I recognised I realised my wife's fish was not just off but mouldy. My chicken was set in a disgusting pile of...

Best thing about this hotel is the location. It's in the heart of the old, historical part of Havana. Breakfast was also fairly good. The room we stayed in stunk of sewage. The air conditioning was noisy (although this is not unusual in Cuba). In the mornings there was no running water. I would have to go downstairs to reception...

Don't even contemplate staying at this hotel. We arrived at this hotel after booking online the previous evening before leaving Veradero and were told that they had not received a confirmation email. Due to lack of printing facilities we were unable to print off but had written the booking reference. However after checking emails etc at the sister Hotel Beltran,...
