Very good room and 5 star breakfast (the coffee!!!!) at the house of the very nice Petronella y Rosabel. In a quiet place in Vedado, close by 23th. The bed is very good quality, the rooms quiet and clean. The terras has a lot of plants. The appartment is protected from noise and other influences by a lot of trees.

I spent at first four days and then later two more days in Casa Petronila in november -16. I have nothing but good to say about this casa. Breakfast was excellent and people running this place were charming. They were willing to help in everything that I needed, transportations, accommodation and travel documents, without asking money for the help. I...

I have absolutely no regrets about staying at this house! Petronila and her daughters made our experience very hospitable. They always made sure we were fed and helped us to plan our activities in Havana. I felt apart of the family even though I didn't speak Spanish; I was like a son in their presence. They will source taxis to...

Warm welcome by Petronila, our charming 80-year-old host. Fair price for great rooms (we came back a few days latter and were hosted in a different one) with fan and air conditioning. Petronila and her daughter were very helpful, providing us with filtered water on demand (and water was an absolute and abundant necessity at that time of year) at...

Very welcoming and helpful hosts and the best pineapple juice served in Cuba! The casa is situated in a quiet neighborhood west of the center of Havana which might seem a bit too far from the most tourist attractions at first but after you find your bearings it is easy to get anywhere (taking a taxi to the center costs...

This casa in Vedado is located beautifully (what a front yard) in a quiet neighborhood, not far from Cimitero Colon. We rented all three rooms, which meant that we got the whole floor for ourselves. The (bath)rooms and beds are clean, the rooms and living room are spacious and you have a terrace with a view on the front yard....

We stayed here just last week (March 28th to April 1st) and it was wonderful! The hosts are wonderful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The place and our room was very clean with fresk towels and bedding. There was an airconditioning unit in each room and your own bathroom with shower. It's 30 CUC a night. If you...

Although no English was spoken (which was a bonus for me, trying improve my Spanish), the hosts, especially Petronila, were impeccably warm and accommodating. We stayed in the front room which had the benefit of the balcony shaded by plants. Room was spacious with a clean en suite bathroom. Prepared meals were plentiful. Would stay again over my initial first...

This casa is in the out skirt of Havana with wide streets, nice houses and leafy gardens. Quite a change form old Havana's cramp and narrow streets. I had a large room with air-conditioning, private bath and a balcony overlooking the garden. Petronila and her daughter Rosa were very welcoming and accommodating. They made travel arrangements for me when needed....
