I stayed here with friends in October 2016. It is situated very well, making many of the attractions walking distance. The initial room we were given had no windows and felt a little claustrophobic. We asked for a room with a window and we were given a much better room with a balcony with a view of the street. What...

Must be one of the best hotels in old City of Havana. Exelent service and easy to change money in reception if you need to. Very tranquile, very colonial and well maintained. Easy to get rested in beutiful quartyard and to sleep well in big rooms. Interesting breakfast with great variation. You are in the middle of everything if stayning...

We stayed for five nights here in early February. Old Havana was completely mobbed with tourists, in contrast to our last visit, which was in June. The hotel is beautiful, and the location perfect for sightseeing in Old Havana. We had a Junior Suite (Room 18) as did our traveling companions. Our room had a twenty-foot high ceiling and a...

This was one of three hotels we stayed in in Havanna and the one we liked best. Location right on Calle Obispo is perfect. The hotel is Colonial style with great atmosphere in the inner court. Our room was small and without a window but had a decent, new bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet and reminded us of 70's food,...

Highly recommend. Perfect location in Old Havana. Can walk everywhere. No traffic. Great staff and full buffet breakfast. Beautiful lobby and architecture. Room with balcony are a bit dated and can be noisy until about midnight. Highly recommend!!!

This is a charming, old world hotel that has been beautifully restored. Our room had windows which looked out to an internal square. There was a comfortable large bed (which was very welcome after mostly doubles elsewhere), a small fridge, a safe that opened with the room key (no need to remember any code), air conditioning and a huge bathroom....

Superb position in the old town. Lovely room. Questionable breakfast. We read many of the reviews before we booked, but we didn't want a typical modern hotel that is identical to any other international hotel. We wanted somewhere with character. This hotel has it all. It is quirky, dated, stylish architecture, questionable breakfast and service, but we enjoyed it. 1....

We stayed in room 10 which had two windows facing the busy side street. The noise from the traffic, the people talking/yelling and the barking dogs was non-stop until 2 am. It then became quiet until 5am when it all renewed. Their is no glass in the windows to block the noise. All of the windows are covered by louvered...

For Havana this place is a good hotel. Our problem with it was the service at the front desk was often rude. We paid top price for the room and when we arrived they said we had paid for lowest quality room only and made us pay another USD 100 for a decent room. This should not have happened when...

The entrance hall, courtyards and dining room look lovely, although more chairs to sit on would be nice. The hotel has a wifi hotspot but we never managed to be in the hotel when its shop was open to buy an etesca wifi card, we ended up buying one from a hotel 4 doors away. Our room was in the...
