This place is great for a drink in the afternoon evening while listening to the jazz band. Staff are helpful and friendly. You can book tours at this hotel inside and to the left. We also had a meal here - it was nice but basic. It was what we felt like on that day but it was not what...

A classic hotel in the city of Havana. The room was not well cleaned or prepared, it is a very noisy and a very stressful place. The food is not the best and their service staff were very rude. Was not what i had in mind.

This was our ONLY disappointment on our entire vacation in Cuba. I gave it a second star because the room itself was quite nice. I had tried to add my partner to my already expensive balcony room ahead of time by phone through an interpreter. I was assured that there was no problem and that I was now confirmed for...

A typical classic La habana hotel, with its glamour and style, nice bar and good food on the roof with live music, but according to your chance, you can have a nice room with view as when we arrived ...or an inner room without any windows neither day light as we got when back at the end of our Cuban...

Beautiful lobby and a great location, so was excited at check-in. However, first room I was allocated was on the front street and incredibly noisy. I really do mean noisy. Asked for a quieter room, was moved next to the bar where a live band were playing until 2am. Moved to a third room which was quieter, probably as it...

The hotel has an unbeatable central location. I loved its architecture and time warp interiors. The roof terrace has a great view and is a nice place to spend time. Staff were reasonably friendly, though I did experience a very slow and unhelpful waitress in the restaurant. Had dinner there, and a number of drinks or dishes were not available...

Dear CM002: We want to thank you for visiting us and spend a moment to make this nice comment. It is a pleasure for us to make you feel good and above all you decide to come back. In the other hand, you are right, our hotel is not exactly sound proof, and some times clients complain about noise. This...

We had a drink outside the front of the hotel but decided that we wanted to try the rooftop bar as it was very noisy by the main road there. We got to the top, only four floors from memory, and found that the evening's band were practicing and there was absolutely nobody else up there which was rather strange....

This was a surprise for my other half and I didn't quite know what to expect. Would Havana still be the same as in the pictures I remembered as a kid, with the old cars and beautiful yet haunting buildings. It was everything and more - as was Hotel Inglaterra. It had an old fashioned charm which oozed from every...

We spent 3 nights at this hotel, my suitcase had been mislaid by the airline so arrived at the hotel with no luggage, luckily my friend had her case. The staff were very unhelpful and disinterested in my problem, also the next day when asking where I might purchase some clothes I just got shrugs from the reception staff. You...
