We stood in this casa particular for 5 days to explore Havana. Positive: covered terrace for the meals and to stay in a place outside the room, some nice and renewed rooms, good breakfast (for Cuban conditions!). The terrace on the roof top would also be nice, but since it was raining several times we couldn't use it. Humberto's apartment...

We felt very welcome and at home from the very first moment. Food is excellent, which is served on the beautiful balcony. As we had to stay in Havanna several times during our trip, we decided to stay there again and again. We were also helped to connect with other casas across Cuba to get a place to stay. You...

Stay at Humberto's Casa just for one night unfortunately cause it was fully booked for the rest of our stay, however they helped us to find another Casa which was great and made our stay smooth and easy. Very welcoming host, upon arrival after signing all the papers they gave us lots of tips about what to visit, where to...

We stayed here for 3 nights in total. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and helped us book taxis to other parts of Cuba. The location looks daunting when you first arrive as it is down a residential st in Havana, which are generally dark and dirty but it is a 5 min walk to the tourist area of...

Humberto and Milady were very friendly and helpful. We thank Milady that she warned us for the time change in March, so we didn´t miss our appointment. The food was good. This casa is very close to Plaza Vieja in Havana Vieja, and therefore very central. The rooms are on the second floor. We had a double room at the...

We stayed in this casa the first 3 nights of our stay in Cuba and we didn't know what to expect. As soon as we met Milady and saw our room (the one on the roof terrace) we were pleasantly reassured. The house is clean, the breakfast is big and Milady and all the staff are very welcoming and do their best...

When we realized that the bathroom for our room was across a corridor near the kitchen, we knew that would not work for my husband who makes frequent visits to the bathroom at night. Humberto was very sympathetic and went about solving the problem. The bed and breakfast was fully booked so he asked one of the French couples staying...

My friend and I had booked this casa in Old Havana because of the great reviews on trip advisor and looking it up on casaparticular.com. It was a long journey and we were exhausted when we arrived. It was clean and looked pleasing. We looked outside and saw a market down below with fresh bananas. We were then handed fresh...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
You will find Humberto's casa particular in the heart of the historical colonial part of Havana (Habana Vieja - Old Havana). What they think of Casa HumbertoA city with a long history whose historical centre is currently actively being restored. From the house it just takes a short walk to see the wonders of Havana. It is just next to the "Convento de Nuestra Señora de Belén". The house was build in the 1930's and it shows it. Granite floors and "French style" carpentry.
