Best beach on the island! I can’t say enough about all of the staff, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. This was our first trip to Aruba, and we will definitely be returning to this resort on our next visit.

I was in Aruba in Manchebo 10 days in July with my family and they were beautiful days. From our first day in Manchebo we felt at home and were pampered throughout our stay. The Resort is beautiful, clean and attention to detail. All staff, beach, restaurant and reception is friendly, helpful and helpful. There are two restaurants for dinner (with à la carte menus) offering a wide variety of delicious and carefully served dishes. Breakfast is also à la carte with hearty and delicious dishes. Clean, cozy and quiet rooms. Unbeatable beach service and well beyond expectations: there is a guy who as soon as you get to the beach spreads the towel on your deckchair and even gives you an extra towel, from 11 am to 5 pm a flag is distributed for each umbrella and planting it they come to take your order and bring it to you. Sunscreen, natural water and lemon water are provided near the beach to fill the bottle / bottle and there is also a shower with hot water. In addition, you do not have to wake up early in the morning to go get the umbrella because the report guarantees everyone the umbrella. Manchebo is a unique Resort and made our stay in Aruba unforgettable. Everything was perfect and we found no fault during our stay. Aruba is truly a little paradise. We usually don't like to return every year to the same location and prefer to explore different places but Aruba has really marked our hearts and we would return without a second thought. We were very sorry to leave Aruba and Manchebo but we hope it was not a goodbye but a goodbye. Our heart will always remain in Aruba.

Our trip to Aruba was wonderful! Very desert-like and hot. The resort was busier than we were used to. You definitely needed dinner reservations prior to arriving if you wanted to have dinner at the resort since they are open to the public with limited seating. The beach and water were indescribable! Absolutely breathtaking and perfect. Sand was like powder with no shells, rocks or seaweed/grass. It was extremely hot each day & made the water very warm and enjoyable. By 9 am the heat index was 100 and continued to climb throughout the day. The food and drinks were both outstanding. We never ate away from the resort because we had everything we needed and the options were endless. We were never disappointed. The chefs were very accommodating to my gluten allergy and ensured I was taken care of. Service was great and everyone was very attentive and very friendly. We felt very comfortable here. We were very happy with our garden view and it was very secluded which we loved. The beach front rooms were more of a resort front than beach so we were happy we saved money there. We would definitely return but in cooler months - it was too warm for my husband in the afternoon.

It’s rare that you stay somewhere that you feel compelled to write a review after departure because your experience was so exceptional but that how I feel after spending a week at Manchebo Resort.
From check-in to check-out, we had an outstanding experience.
We made the decision to take advantage of the all inclusive package. I recognize that some travelers may have reservations based on prior experiences with all inclusive vacations. You can put those worries to rest.
The quality and variety of the food was outstanding (and we can be tough food critics). The alcohol selection included many premium options. And there were minimal surcharges for extras and upgrades. We were pleasantly surprised upon check out to only have $19 in overages on our final bill.
The service was outstanding. The front desk and bell staff were responsive to our needs. And the bar and servers at the restaurants, beach and pool were tremendous. Alex was a rockstar at keeping us supplied with cold beer and cocktails.
There were plenty of chairs available at both the beach and pool. We never saw anyone have trouble securing a spot and there was no need to rush in the morning to secure a spot. The beach and pool attendants were diligent with cleaning and would assist with fresh towels daily to cover your lounge chairs and for drying off. If you needed anything, including pool noodles or inflating a pool float, they were there to help.
Something that doesn’t get mentioned enough in reviews is cleanliness and maintenance. But Manchebo gets 5 stars in both categories. Not only were our rooms clean, I was impressed by my observations of things guests do not always notice. We saw staff deep scrubbing the kitchens at the beach side bar, Pega Pega, in the evenings. We saw staff pressure washing the service area in Ike’s. I watched the house cleaning staff removing a dirty rug that goes under a bed from a room for cleaning. While we were there maintenance staff was refinishing and painting worn steps. Most resorts would not make these extra efforts.
For the small size of the resort, no corners are being cut in terms of staffing. If it needs done to make the guest experience exceptional, Manchebo has the staff to perform the task.
I’m hesitant to write such a glowing review of this resort because I would like to keep it a secret but this place earned the recognition. We are already planning our return.

Just returned from a week at Manchebo with a friend and I have to concur with all the 5-star reviews. I loved it so much I'm writing this before I even unpack. As a teacher for 35 years, I always wanted a January vacation someplace warm. Having retired in June, this is my first time at a resort in the Caribbean and it was everything I hoped for.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the desk staff and bellhop, and offered mojitos. The friendliness of the staff was so welcoming, and it was consistent throughout our stay. Despite all the other amenities at Manchebo, our visit wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable without this, so we really appreciated their kindness, helpfulness, and great advice about excursions.
And there are so many amenities! I especially appreciated the lovely grounds. Filled with gorgeous plants, objects, and places to relax, they blend so beautifully into the beach, almost as if designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Manchebo isn't built as far onto the beach as other resorts in Aruba and I loved the there was a wider beach area than most. We could always get a palapa (tree-like cabana) at any time of day--no chair wars. Sunscreen, water, chair covers, and towels were always available at the the beach entrance. The loungers were so comfy and there was always someone to help us get set up. I loved that I could stay at the beach as long as I wanted, but be in shade without worrying about a sunburn. So relaxing! I also enjoyed exercising in the lovely pool.
My friend got a massage in the spa, which she loved. We both noticed her face looked visibly more relaxed afterwards.
Our garden-view room was clean, attractive, and comfortable, everything I want in a hotel. Housekeeping did a great job, very responsive to our requests. I might splurge on a beach view next time, but if you are looking to save a little money, the garden is very green and lush. It was pleasant to sit on our terrace. We also appreciated the drying rack for wet bathing suits.
We ate in all the restaurants, always outside, and enjoyed the food immensely. It was delicious. Frankly, we liked liked it more than the one fancy place we dined at outside Manchebo. We also found it more relaxing to eat at the resort.
We did three excursions, all fantastic, which the staff helped us plan: a snorkeling trip with Blue Melody & Black Pearl, a 4-hour island tour with Aruba Fantasy Tours, and a ranger-guided hike in Arikok National Park. We did the Cunucu walk with the very knowledgable Gregory, and it was perfect for us.
I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Aruba!

This was our second visit to Manchebo, once again a phenomenal time. We stayed from Sept 12-17th celebrating our 30th anniversary! If you are debating where to go… book now and don’t hesitate!!!This is the most amazing resort we have ever stayed at…. Once again . The staff is extremely welcoming they make you feel at home. Special shout outs to Sandy, Andrew, and Oneil who always greeted us every morning with a smile! They gave us wonderful recommendations of where to go on the island. To thank them my husband performed magic for them every morning as he is a professional magician. The beach is very private, there is no fighting for a palapa as you can get at the other large fake glitzy resorts where the high rise are. Eagle beach is secluded, beautiful clean and sparkling water. The staff will set up your towels for you every day. Bonus there is sunscreen that is provided for you as well as water fill stations throughout the resort so not only are we helping the environment…no charges for water or sunscreen. Ofcourse staff will bring you cocktails and food directly onto the beach. We stayed in an Ocean View not Ocean Front yet and we had a full view of the ocean. The rooms are well appointed with most comfortable bed… another tip don’t pack shampoo, conditioner or lotion they stock special Aloe products from the island that are fantastic!!! There is a refrigerator, hairdryer, ironing board, and safe in room .. oh and a cooler that you can take on the beach with you! Manchebo also gave us when we checked in a beautiful beach bag monogramed with their name so you can carry your belongings… they have plenty of beach towels throughout the resort as well! All the restaurants are phenomenal and service is spectacular! Lastly we appreciated the impeccable gardens that were well manicured daily by staff! We can’t wait to go back!

Something has changed here. I’ve never had an issue getting a seat at the pool or the beach. This trip there was every seat reserved by 7 and most sat empty till after lunch There was less staff visible this time and more visitors that were not staying at the hotel The empty chairs were closely protected by one staff member like he was paid to do so.

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret to hear that your recent experience did not fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Our beach and pool seating policy is designed to ensure fairness for all guests, and we do our best to monitor unattended chairs to maximize availability. We understand how frustrating it can be to see seats reserved early and left unused for extended periods, and we will be reinforcing our policy to ensure a better experience for all guests. Additionally, we are aware of the increasing number of non-resort visitors to the public beach, and our team remains committed to prioritizing our registered guests’ access and comfort. If there were any inconsistencies in how this was managed, we sincerely apologize and will address it internally. We appreciate your observations about staffing and will review our service coverage to maintain the warm and welcoming atmosphere you’ve come to expect from Manchebo. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the exceptional experience you remember. Kind regards, The Manchebo family

Manchebo is Aruba's paradise. And certainly the best beach in Aruba (as told to me by a long time Aruba vacationer) . If you are looking for a calm, relaxing spot in Aruba, Manchebo will deliver.
The low-rise (2-story) units are modern, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The resort is well laid-out and tastefully landscaped with unique plantings. The resort never felt crowded.
The staff is amazing. Genuinely friendly and helpful. They also seem happy to be at Manchebo. The resort appears to be very well-managed, and working hard to make Manchebo a special place.
I was initially hesitant to book a vacation in the "low-rise" area of Eagle Beach. Over the past 6 trips to Aruba we've always stayed at the Hilton and Hyatt along Palm Beach (high-rise area). The Palm Beach area is great for families, and offers many convenient dinner options. But during this visit (just my wife and I), an evening spent at the high-rise area felt crowded and land-locked as we walked around our old stomping grounds (hotels, beaches, restaurants). We quickly realized how indulged and tranquil it felt to be staying at Manchebo.
Restaurants: Mexican night at the Manchebo beach bar (posoe) was fun and delicious. Drink and lunch orders while sunning on the beach were quick and satisfying. Evening drinks and light entertainment at Ike's added a welcoming atmosphere. Within walking distance you will find... "Santos" just 2 blocks away has great coffees and brunch options. "Matthew's" (next door) offers a nice open-air, beach view breakfast. And "Elements" delivered a fine dining evening with first-class service and sunset views. We also discovered a slightly hidden, open-air mall with 3 to 4 restaurants (The Brownstone), more coffee shops, a few apparel shops, and a small convenience store, also less than two-blocks away. And we never waited more than 4 minutes for a taxi.
A taxi ride to the high-rise area is $10 and only 12 minutes away. A taxi to the airport is $29.
Manchebo is also a spa. And we took advantage of the morning yoga classes with experienced instructors. A great way to start each day. The sunset yoga on the day we arrived was picture perfect.
I'm sure we will be returning to Manchebo. And I'll be recommending this hidden gem to my friends.

The Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa wowed us from the first moment to the last. We were welcomed with a delicious drink, in the room then a bottle of sparkling wine was waiting for us. As a farewell, we got some snacks for the trip on the way.
The location on probably the most beautiful beach of Aruba is fantastic, and the whole complex is beautiful and very well maintained.
Our room was comfortable and well equipped – from the comfortable bed to many extras such as aloe body lotion, shower caps, a cooler and the possibility to do laundry for free, which is a huge advantage especially on longer trips.
Of particular note is the incredibly friendly and warm staff who made our stay unforgettable. Most of them have been employed there for many years and you can see that there is generally a good and satisfied atmosphere.
The food was also excellent – every meal was a treat, always fresh, healthy and high quality.
An all-round perfect place to unwind. We will definitely come back!

Manchebo Beach and Resort is 5 stars all the way, from the moment we walked up to check in – the bellman grabbed our keys and got our bags from the car, then went to the bar and got us both Mojitos! The room was clean and had everything we needed including a small cooler to bring to the beach. The food at the various restaurants was delicious. We felt like VIPs with the staff remembering our drink preferences, remembering plans we told them and asking how it went, and just being silly with us. The beach area is huge with plenty of Palapas. We got an oceanfront spot every day and many of the palapas were empty. The beach is quiet and not crowded, there were times my we were the only ones in the water. Tuesday night they had a drink mixer with the managers, we had the pleasure of talking with Randall, Director of Guest Services. What a great guy! Gave some local tips and favorite restaurant suggestions. We opted to do half our stay at this resort and half at the Marriot Stellaris. Let me tell you, we checked into Marriot, it was so crowded and loud, I called to see about early check out and called Manchebo to see if we could come back the next day. We were booked, got there by 10 am and our room was ready. We spent the day at the beach and when we got back to our room there was a bottle of champagne and a note saying welcome back! Randall came out to greet us and welcome us back too. The pictures online do not due the property justice, trust me it is wonderful! We also had a 1-hour couples massage and it was only $200 for both, so reasonable for a resort. There is small shopping area in walking distance with a market and several eateries and a Casino. If you are looking for an intimate upscale resort to unwind and relax this is the place! We will be back and this will be the only place we will ever stay.

I think the all inclusive included all drinks except truly premium. If you want a $40 shot of rum, for ex, you pay anything over $15 I think? We drank whatever we wanted and never paid extra, except for when my husband wanted to try some pricey rum.
