My partner has coeliac disease and he finds it difficult to find places to eat in Blackwood. The cross oak always accommodate to him in a kind and friendly manner. Not only that but the portion size is always big and super yummy!

A lovely traditional pub. The food was delicious and tasted as if its freashly cooked not heated in a microwave. We visited on a Friday night and it was really busy but there was enough staff to deal with it so no long wait for food or at the bar. I wish I could give this venue more star's as...

My family recently visited The Cross Oaks to celebrate an 18th birthday. We were seated in the conservatory away from other guests so we had a bit of privacy. The bar staff and service were very friendly. My steak was cooked really well and the home made chips were lovely. All In all we had a very good night and...

First time visiting and it was so good! The food was beautiful and very filling with big portions . Was nice to be able to eat and chat with friends in a good friendly atmosphere. This place is well worth a visit with a recommendation for the lasagne and was pretty excited to see sweet potato chips on the menu!
