My wife and I spent almost two weeks with Lee-Anne and John and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them. They certainly went out of their way to make us feel most welcome and there is a real sense that their establishment is a home away from home. We are certain to return as the whole region is beautiful and...

We recently spent 4 days in this delightful quiet little village and stayed in the gite. Our hosts Leanne and John were wonderful, the gite was fully stocked with all the necessaries, the pool very welcome as the weather was perfect. The village and the surrounding area gave us plenty to do when we could tear ourselves away from the...

A beautifully restored 18 century house that retains many original features. John and Lee-Anne, the host, are typical Aussies with a dry sense of humour but who will go the extra mile to make you feel very welcome and that's just how I felt. There are lovely gardens and a really well maintained swimming pool. So what are you waiting...

Fabulous house and gardens right in the centre of Leran which is in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The room was very quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfasts were excellent as was the service. The large table meant everyone staying mixed adding to the feeling of a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The pool was a welcome relief in the 36 degree...

John and Lianne's place made us feel at home straight away. L'impasse is a place where you won't get bored: from the large book collection and couches to read them on, the extensive garden with chickens, vegetable garden, the pool or various uniquely designed rooms. Relaxed atmosphere and very helpful and friendly people. Additional requests were no issue what so...

Lee-Anne and John offers the most perfectly welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Situated in the heart of Léran, you cannot find a better spot for a cosy, laid-back time in the South of France. If you're looking for a warm, authentic experience, this is the place to go!

Tucked away in the charming French town of Leran, this beautiful and charming B&B hosted by the wonderful John and Leanne must be experienced to be believed. I was lucky enough to come to this town for a friend's wedding. In that time I experienced the amazing hospitality of John and Leanne at L'Impasse du Temple. John and Leanne are...

This is an unique B&B in the very charming Village Léran. My wife and I had our wedding at L'Impasse du Temple in June this year and it was the greatest experience of our lifes. John and Leeanne did a fabulous job and all our guests were more than happy about their place. Everything about their home and B&B is...

The Australian owners have turned a lovely old house with beautiful dimensions into an excellent B and B: rooms are spacious with high ceilings, decoration is attractive and the wide staircase is an added attraction. We stayed two nights. On first night dinner was served, just for the two of us, on the lawn behind the house, in the midst...

Warmest of welcomes from John and Lee-Anne, Aussie escapees from the hot-house city life! Now in the hot-house restaurant and hospitality business, and exceptionally well-suited to this life, one must conclude. Usually serving an in house table d'hote evening meal, but on our night, resident foodie expert chef,Lee-Anne, was officiating in the kitchens of the local hostelry across the square,...
