Our 3rd or 4th visit and it's as good as ever. Hosts Lee-anne and John Furness have created a beautiful house with spacious rooms and a restful atmosphere. We enjoyed a delicious candle-lit dinner cooked by Lee-anne as well as plentiful breakfasts. There's a great local rstaurant opposite and another a very short walk away. The house is charming, with... More

Leran is a charming country village close to Foix & Mirepois (must-sees in the area), and convenient to Toulouse & Carcassonne. Excellent small B&B in the center of town, very friendly Australian hosts who will give sightseeing tips & itineraries, lovely pool & garden. Home-cooked excellent dinner, elegantly served, upon request (but Leran has other restaurants as well). Very reasonably... More

Four of us stayed here for three nights in June on our way to spend a week on the Midi canal. The guesthouse is in the heart of a pretty peaceful village a short car drive from Mirepoix. We were made very welcome by hosts on arrival despite being late for excellent three course dinner eaten with other guests. Comfortable... More

We enjoyed a very happy and comfortable few nights at this quiet b and b. It was fantastically hot so we very much welcomed the use of the pool in the charming garden. Great breakfasts and a warm welcome from our hosts added to the overall experience.

Our three night stay with John and Lee-Anne was the very best of choices to start our south of France adventure. A warm and friendly welcome, sumptuous surroundings, spacious rooms, delectable epicurean delights made our stay perfect in every way. Hosting of guests comes naturally to these two 'adopted' Francophiles ... and we can't wait to recommend their property to... More

We spent 4 days with John and Lee-anne during the 35 - 39 degree heatwave that enveloped a great deal of Europe in July. As a result, their immaculately maintained swimming pool was an absolute godsend at the end of a day spent sightseeing, exploring and walking: the Niaux Caves (which John kindly booked a slot for by phone for...
