Stayed here for 11 nights .. 2 would have been enough. We certainly had a great holiday and didnt let all the faults with this hotel spoil it . Firstly the cleaning of our room was non existent. The room was not cleaned until our 9th day when we finally got clean sheets . Every day before that we had to go to reception for clean towels and toilet paper . I also had to leave the rubbish out in the corridor or the bin would never have been emptied. Our bathroom was never cleaned the whole time we were there. The shower head was falling of the wall and the shower doors were off the runners which made it very difficult to get in or out of . That being said when asked the staff at reception where very helpful. I would not stay here again because of the cleaning issues. It was in a great location though.

I spent a charming 10 days vacation (11-22 June 2019) in Turkey. I stayed at Temple hotel which is situated in the center of Altinkum neighborhood of Didim. The room facilities are normal for living – there is free wi-fi, air conditioner, fridge and TV with flat monitor in each room. Our bed sheets and bath towels were changed in every 2 days and the room was regularly cleaned. Breakfast and dinner happened at the restaurant of the Temple MIletos Hotel situated next to the Temple hotel on the same street. It made me an impression that cleaning women as well as staff of the restaurant were very polite and hardworking /from early morning till the night/. But later I realized something very confounded and simultaneously - sad: although their industriousness the owner of the hotel doesn’t pay their health and social insurance which seems to me as a real abuse of labor rights. When an employer only thinks about its profit and doesn’t care about the standard of living of his employees this fact definitely casts a shadow over the overall hotel's image.”

We was quite shocked when we arrived as the pictures had showed something completely diffrent to what we had turned up to , the pool had no water in which was a disappointment to our young child who was looking forward to it , the pool table downstairs had no balls , then we get to the floor we’re on , right outside our room door was the fire exit which was blocked by a cot with bedding and towels l els in , then a wardrobe next to that that was falling to pieces , so before we had even got into the room I could see what we were in for .. we got into the room and was filthy , what looked like pubes on they bedding , all dead flys stuck on wall , live wires open and hanging out wall , which isn’t really professional to invite family’s with children to stay in .. I asked cleaner to change bedding and told the manager that room was filthy to which he did send cleaner but we had to buy our own cleaning stuff and give it all a scrub , shower was minty ! Falling to pieces and could just about fit it in , parents staying next door with exact same problem , we thought about asking to change rooms but worried of what we would end up with and wouldn’t be able to get refund .. the view of the balcony was shocking , looked like a skip on someone else’s balcony opposite with an open door that kept opening and closing banging .. The tv had one channel in English and the rest in Turkish , the remote controls were damaged , the WiFi didn’t work we were told we would have to sit in lobby to use WiFi .. 2 days before leaving the water went off , the hairdryer didn’t work for the duration of stay might of had something to do with faulty fitting and hanging off wall , the cupboard door fell off and banged my little boys leg as it was just balanced in .. the curtains where yellow minging with glitter on that got on everything ! My little boy had a cough the whole time we were there probably to do with glitter floating about in air permanently ! Our parents rooms smoke alarm had been covered with a plastic bag , even tho says none smoking I think the reason for the covered smoke alarm was for smoking as Walls where yellow and discoloured , stair way going down had all bits falling off which could be dangerous if gets worse ! This hotel is not somewhere I would ever go again and would never recommend , the front of didim pretty much made the stay bearable as we spent most of our time out the hotel but this definitely is not like pictures

It started off poorly, as I couldn’t get any WiFi.. I had to be moved to another room, and it made no difference.. My last 3 days my room wasn’t made. I had to go to reception to get fresh towels. The staff were friendly and tried to do what they could for you.. To be honest, I won’t be returning to that hotel in a hurry.
