Everything is horrible here. The pool is closed by 19:00. The food is not that good, i found a cocroach in the salads and not once. The room smeels like hospital rooms, the bathroom is gross and when we arrived here we received a used room. I don’t recommend this hotel. I arrived and as soon as i saw the room and services i couldn’t wait to leave. I can’t give 0 stars becaus if it was possible i would.

This hotel was not value for the money. We were all inclusive but I would not call it like that. The meal was always the same, without taste and there was no choice. They were put open with the flies flying around, I even got sick from the food I had eaten there. The tables were always dirty, so before sitting down we had to make a quick cleaning first with napkins. At breakfast, there was something strange in the hot water for coffee and tea and when we showed it to one of the employees, he said that the water was boiling and that is why we saw those things in the water. Really? What an answer. The room was no better than the food. Very very dirty. I was disgusted by the room. We planned 3 nights at this hotel but after the first night and first breakfast we decided to leave the hotel and look for another one. They requested the money in advance, but luckily we paid "only" for 2 nights. However, as we told them our wish about leaving the hotel earlier as planned, they said they could not refund the money for the 1 night left, so we could leave but without the money. No surprise..even they knew that the hotel was terrible and just tried to keep the money. As we did not want to lose the money, we stayed 1 more night forcedly.

Hotel has a small pool but it is very close to the beach so we did not use the pool. Rooms are comfortable. Dinner was ok. They have another hotel nearby so sometimes they sent us to that hotel for the dinner.

First time in Turkey. The hotel is small and friendly. We stayed on a half board basis but i would not recommend this unless you like eating basically the same turkish food each night. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily, providing you leave you key at reception. The cleaners do not like to disturbe the guest if they our in their rooms. Leaving your key at reception indicates you are out. Overall this hotel is good value for money and within walking distance of the busy shopping cantre and long sandy beach. I would highly recommend a boat trip with (my boat) this is a good cheap day out, around £6 lunch included. Also i would recommend the VISTA, JOLLY'S and the BRITISH BAR for a good night out.
