We were walking the Camino de Santiago from Porto and we like to find this hotel on the way . Nice rooms , moderns and clean . Wifi in the room and 2 pools to relax after a long walking . The lobby is nice with medieval details and you can order a massage if you like it , in...

This was my favorite stop while on the Camino Portuguese. First, I love hot springs, spas. This place has one of the more interesting spa pool rooms I seen -- indoors, with a trippy "mushroom" fountain. I dug it. The room we were given was quite nice; in fact, it was one of the nicer rooms we stayed in during...

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, bathroom and the sitting area that I was provided. The hotel is situated right on the water and has quite beautiful views, though you can hear the water and the street traffic. I took a massage in the hotel spa and found it very cold and stark. That might be a cultural difference from the...

After a long day of walking on the Camino, this was a welcome relief for our bodies and legs. It's an old type spa with thermal waters. The waters were the best and truly provided an opportunity to refresh our aching muscles. Some of us had the pilgrim special of leg and foot massage and some of us had the...

Stayed here for one night and got an amazing room with a inside balcony over the river itself - Wonderful views and a good clean room with a great shower - Staff friendly and apart from getting wet running to the bar ( you have to go outside ) was a highly recommended stay - thanks

Lovely front desk staff and spent a couple of enjoyable hours wnjoying inexpensive wine with fellow Camino pilgrims sitting outside the bar. My room was in a separate building from the hotel and while quiet, the room was dark and had a strange smell. I also felt uncomfortable sleeping with the windows open as the room was on ground level...

This hotel is on the main road immediately adjacent to the river and the town itself is of little or no interest. It is a spa hotel, geared for the older traveller and with little or no atmosphere. The dining room seemed to cater for party's of people rather than small groups or individuals but as we didn't eat there not...

We arrived at the Balneario Acura after a long day on the Camino de Santiago. After dumping our bags in our room, we showered and headed to the thermal spa for a soak. It was amazing how rejuvenating the waters were on our sore muscles. An old school spa at its very best. Our room was more than adequate with...

The place is perfect, accommodations, the lot. The female personnel attentive and service minded, respectful and gentle. Unfortunately the male servicing the reception desk hates his job and surely believe that customers are a nuisance

Husband and I were on Camino Portuguese. Hotel breakfast starts at 8am, which we consider late. Entered the hotel cafeteria at 7.50am but were chased out by the crew (90% of the food was already prepared). We were then allowed to stay in the cafeteria but the crew proceeded to lock the cafeteria door. Some other guests had to wait...
