This is only a 5 minute walk from Kew gardens so makes it perfectly placed. The Kew Gardens Hotel is a spotlessly clean, welcoming place. The room we had was lovely, Krups coffee , really nice bathroom. Staff very lovely and we also had dinner, food was exquisite. Will be staying there again!

Together with another family, we were at the Kew Gardens Hotel for pre-Christmas dinner. The dining section was spacious and decor was nice. It was bit busy for the festive season. Along with small children, we did not mind so much to wait for our turn to order drinks and food. I ordered hamburger but I can't say it was...

Lovely old-fashioned random bar with comfortable sofas to flop down onto. Friendly service at the bar. Obviously very much a locals pub. I have eaten there before, some time ago, and seem to remember the food was great both in the bar and the dining room. I was shocked by the price of drinks, though - two large gin and...

I have been here to the restaurant/pub area many times now and all experiences have been good. I can particularly recommend the really good tasty chowder soup. I have usually found the staff helpful and very friendly especially when not too crowded in the afternoons - the only downside for me was finding out that food is not served all...

Visited for lunch after a walk in the Gardens. Simple menu, but good. Enjoyed the fish and chips as well as the house pale ale. We ate inside even though it was unseasonably warm outside. Outside dining looked like a good option for the summer.

Great accommodation and pub/restaurant, great location for Kew Gardens. But i have never stayed anywhere with such disorganized, chaotic service. By the end of our stay i just wanted to get out. Check-In: When we arrived at the reception there was no-one there. went in to the bar and told the member of staff serving. we then were left waiting...

This is a diamond location a stone's throw from Kew gardens station. Kew village is a lovely spot to arrive at (Kew gardens station takes you to the heart of it). We then walked a few minutes to the Kew gardens hotel. On arrival we were greeted by the enigmatic and cool headed manager,Ciaren. The hotel itself has a gastro...

Had booked in for dinner at 5.00 p.m. prior to visiting Kew Gardens Christmas Trail at 7.00 p.m.( about 3 mins away). Arrived 15 mins early, booked in (after waiting ages at the bar to get a drink) expecting a short wait. Prompted staff about booking and staff member was going to speak to manager. Reminded staff after another 10...

We stumbled upon this gem of a place when looking for somewhere to eat after seeing the Christmas lights at Kew Gardens, and went in because it looked snug and cosy. The food was an unexpected delight - the pasta with king prawns, crab and n'juda was an enticing treat of contrasting flavours and the mushroom and nut roast made...

On arrival everything looked good, we were greeted by a nice lady, asked to pay and then given our room key and told where our room was. The room was nicely decorated and we liked the furniture. Unfortunately, this is were things started to go wrong, as the ensuite bathroom wasn't so great. The shower dripped really badly and the...
