A good hotel. Central for Kew Gardens & The National Archives. Food was fantastic & served very hot. Breakfast cooked to order. Staff extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very close to train station for easy access into Central London. Bed very comfy, ensuite very nice & everywhere very clean

We arrived at Kew Gardens Hotel last Sunday evening, we were staying over night as we were attending a family cremation nearby the next morning. There were four of us and feeling sad and tired. We were made feel so welcome by Ciarán, such a lovely and personal way to be greeted on arrival. We had a really nice meal...

Great wee pub hotel. Lovely breakfast with sensible breakfasting hours. Stayed Wednesday to Saturday and was quite quiet. Had a fabulous meal there on the Wednesday. Would stay again. Kew itself is quiet enough but close enough to London to make it an easy trip in.

We spent the night here so we could visit the Christmas at Kew Gardens. A great location, only a few minutes from the tube station and less than a 10 minute walk to Kew Gardens itself. Staff were very friendly and happy to help, the room was nice & cosy with the kids on the pull out sofa bed and...

We only stayed one night, which I'm glad about as the noise from being above the bar and the constant dripping of the shower would've really annoyed me if we'd stayed any longer. The staff were very pleasant but not very well informed, none of them really seemed to know what was going on. We had to wait a while...

This is only a 5 minute walk from Kew gardens so makes it perfectly placed. The Kew Gardens Hotel is a spotlessly clean, welcoming place. The room we had was lovely, Krups coffee , really nice bathroom. Staff very lovely and we also had dinner, food was exquisite. Will be staying there again!

Together with another family, we were at the Kew Gardens Hotel for pre-Christmas dinner. The dining section was spacious and decor was nice. It was bit busy for the festive season. Along with small children, we did not mind so much to wait for our turn to order drinks and food. I ordered hamburger but I can't say it was...

Lovely old-fashioned random bar with comfortable sofas to flop down onto. Friendly service at the bar. Obviously very much a locals pub. I have eaten there before, some time ago, and seem to remember the food was great both in the bar and the dining room. I was shocked by the price of drinks, though - two large gin and...
