We stayed one night. Excellent service from all of the staff, without exception. V comfortable and quiet room - even though we were facing onto Kew Green. Room was very well appointed and exceeded our expectations. V good breakfast. Supper in the evening was good quality 'pub grub'. Under ground car park for residents (a great bonus) No hesitation in... More

Amazing sheets and bed - clean, white, fresh, crisp... to die for. Beautiful room decor, light grey walks w etching, gleaming new bathroom features, gorgeous new tiles. I was so shocked that it matched the advertised photos so exactly. I could live here forever. The exterior is dark, the walk through before entering the restaurant is old, but have faith,... More

Spent a week here in November and thoroughly enjoyed this elegant little hotel. It's undoubtedly the best place to stay for anyone going to Kew to visit the Gardens or to pursue research at the nearby National Archives. (An entrance to Kew Gardens is across the street about 100 yards away, and the Archives are a short walk away.) The... More

My sons treated me out to day of Rugby, with a stay at The Coach and Horses Hotel. I had a fantastic time. But this hotel is a gem of a find. We often go to London, with friends, long for a long weekend, and stay more central, but not any more. we have already booked The Coach & Horses... More

We stayed here for one night and really liked it. The pub is large and welcoming. With plenty of places to sit, big comfy sofa's and lots of nooks. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had lunch in the bar, a fish finger sandwich and a roasted veg and feta wrap. Both were well presented and tasty, and came... More

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Room very clean, spacious with comfortable bed. Great location with the Kew Gardens 5 min away (which are definitely worthwhile visiting!). Very relaxing ambiance with personality.

What a lovely hotel! Room was as shown in the photos - tastefully decorated, elegant and spotless. Everything looked recently refurbished, and furniture and soft furnishings were all very good quality. Very convenient for Kew Gardens and our walk to Richmond only took about 25 mins (there's also a bus that takes 10), so we found it very handy for... More

Dropped in for a quick lunch, and were really impressed. We both went for the club sandwich and thought it was both generous and made from good quality ingredients. The only real criticism was the bread (3 slices) was quite thick, which made it a little hard to eat, and pretty filling. The chips were excellent, like really fish and... More

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were warm and comfortable, lovely feather duvet. Nice toiletries in bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities. I had a meal in the bar. Steak pie, mash and gravy. It was lovely. The bar area is comfortable. I had breakfast which was delicious.
