We booked the self catering unit for four nights and were very pleased. The kitchen diner had all you need for a comfortable stay and the mezzanine lounge is comfortable and warm with TV etc. The bedroom and shower room though a little small were absolutely fine, and water was always hot. The unit was very clean and hostess Jane...

I stayed here recently for night while on business. Welcomed nicely and shown to my room, which was spacious and very homely....just like you Nan's! Tv and en suite in the room I stayed in with lovely views. Everything was clean and tidy, the room was a little "busy" which added to the homeliness perhaps. The bath room was functional...

Our cousin had chosen this farm for her marquee wedding reception and we had decided to book 2 nights at Alcott Farm for ease. It turned out to be a really pleasant homely place to stay with warm staff. Our twin room was a good size en suite, spotlessly clean, with rear views over the horse filled fields and their...

I'm a contractor who works all over the UK and cannot help but do a little jump for joy when I know I'm going back here. Stayed here half a dozen times now and it always feels like coming home. Jayne (proprietor) is amazing, kind and very friendly. There's nothing she won't do to accommodate you. Rooms are large and...

Stayed in the self catering small barn conversion for a week whilst visiting local attractions. This was our second stay at Alcott Farm and felt like home. Jane our host made us very welcome . The accommodation was only 1bedroom, only two of us so was perfect. Well catered for. Thank you for a pleasant as usual stay. A typical...

Lovely location with true family feel and a warn and friendly welcome. Rooms are very good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast freshly cooked with great selection and again friendly and amicable staff. This is a working farm and so the kids had great fun feeding the ducks, fish and watching the horses.

My husband and I have just returned from a one night stay at Allcott Farm. Jane the owner was very welcoming and friendly and made us feel very much at home. We walked up to the Horse and Coaches in the evening (after going to see the lovely horses in the stables). The walk is just over 1 1/2 miles...

Stayed for 1 night ahead of a meeting the next day. Quite easy to find with google maps, friendly greeting, plenty of parking. Room was lovely, nice enough decor and a comfy bed, as well as a couple of nice chocolate bars on the dresser instead of the usual boring shortbreads. Bathroom was small but otherwise just fine, though the...

Highly recommend Alcott Farm holiday cottages. We have stayed here before, however, this time we rented a different self-catering cottage for three weeks. This one had an upstairs lounge (unlike the previous time when we had a cottage all on one level). The cottage with the upstairs seems to have a bit more space. Good bed, well stocked kitchen, complete...

Stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at King's Norton. Stayed in the farmhouse 1st floor. This is a large working horse livery farm. Very comfortable double bed with ensuite and tea and coffee facilities. TV. Wonderful views from the bedroom. Lovely full english breakfast, Lovely pace, lovely owners and a beautiful tranquil location. Well recommended.
