First off, it is incredibly difficult to find the web address of this hotel. It is ---.

It is a lovely designed hotel. The staff are VERY friendly. We stayed in the Deluxe room for the first half of our visit and then switched to the Ocean Suite. I would recommend the Ocean suite to those who are addicted to natural light like I am. I thought the deluxe could have done with more of it. The deluxe has a TV hanging from the ceiling which I think is a downer. Both were decorated in a minimalist modern style which is attractive.

The pool is VERY long and looks magnificent and matches very well with the architecture. At night it is quite a sight. While we were there (Aug 4-9) the pool water was freeeeeezing! There were many braver souls than myself who braved the temperature though. Also, they had ridiculously long pool hours (8pm-7am?)for sanitizing the pool water, at which time the pool was off limits for swimming. But then given the fact I found the water too cold maybe I should not complain about that.

The beach is okay and like many beaches of southeast asia is plagued with lots of hawkers. The people of Bali are much poorer than I had anticipated. The Oasis Benoa could do a better job of combing the beach sand.

The food is okay as well. We only ate away at the nearby Conrad Hotel once. The food there was 'okay' too. Nothing to write home about.

The Spa is on the top. Again, the decor and layout is very attractive. My husband liked 1 of 2 of the massages he got there. I thought my body scrub was so-so. I think they could do with more training on maintaing the customers modesty and comfort (temp etc.)

The negative points of the hotel were subtracted away by the very nice staff people we met.

In all, I really believe this hotel can be very much more if they would tweak their rough edges.

If you're expecting 4 star experience you will be disappointed.
Hotel needs a proper renovation done as it seems like last one was done back in 80's.Breakfast is average with a little variety. Location is quite good thought, with plenty of restaurants around and a nice white sand, wide beach.

I get great deal by booking this hotel online. I did not expect such a great location and perfect spot in town! Facing directly at the Nusa Dua beach, surrounded by great restaurant, near by shopping complex. I went here with my husband and on our last night, we found a complementary cake in our room. What a surprise!

(+) location, among the busiest part of Benoa and Nusa Dua.
(+) limited breakfast variety but OK
(+) access to the beach and some attraction
(+) room is spacious but a bit lack of maintenance

(-) pool was always cold
(-) a bit far from airport, I suggest you rent a daily car to travel around
(-) smelly corridor near the entrance and part of the restaurant

We booked this hotel on Agoda whilst in Nusa Dua due other arrangements for accommodation falling through. I have been to Bali seven times and love to holiday there, I have never had a bad experience and don't write reviews until now.
Unfortunately I have not one nice thing to say about this hotel. From the moment we walked into our room it smelt like sewage and mould, we thought once we aired the room it would go away WRONG, I left the shower head in the drain of the shower running every day all day to try and get rid of the smell, as soon as you turn it off it comes back. The room is not maintained well at all, it looked dirty and not somewhere I wanted to spend three minutes let alone three days, the only reason we stayed was because I had paid and friends of ours were staying in time share up the road so we could spend time there.
I tried the shower one morning and it stank like sewage and the water felt like sea water on your skin, we resorted to having to use our friends shower.
The pool might look nice in the photos however it was always cold because it never has any sun on it and to be honest after the shower water I wasn't going anywhere near it. Even trying to get towels was an effort as we couldn't find the pool attendant anywhere, took about 20mins to track him down, the only reason we wanted towels was to lay on the sun beds in front of the pool to escape our sewage smelling room, no reprieve however because the smell of sewage was outside and the beds were broken and in disrepair.
I have no complaints about breakfast sure there wasn't much to choose from however the staff were happy to cook eggs for you however you prefer. The breakfast area however was dark dingy and no feel or vibe to it whatsoever a bit like the whole hotel really, plus you guessed it the added smell of sewage if you sat in the wrong place.
Sure there is beach access from the rear of the hotel but guess what that is not a drawcard when you consider there is another fifty hotels on the same stretch of beach with access to the beach, so that means nothing.

I don't think I really need to go into to much detail summing up my stay here. The hotel is beyond poorly maintained, the staff would need 20 Red Bulls before they might show some sort of enthusiasm, the place stinks like a sewage farm ( Like I said I have been to Bali 7 times & understand you get the odd smell, however this is beyond normal ) and to top it off my girlfriend who never gets sick experienced horrendous stomach pains whilst at this terrible place, previous four days at another hotel she was fine enjoying her holiday. Rooms are dated, mouldy & stink.
The only reason I have spent so much time writing this review is to hopefully assist others with convincing them not to stay here, I can't understand how people could even bring themselves to give this place a reasonable review, maybe they paid them off I'm not sure. My advice if it counts for anything STAY AWAY A LONG WAY AWAY, the photos may make the hotel look reasonable however we'll you've read the above say no more. Unfortunately I had to give it a terrible which is a too higher rating however that is as low as it would allow me to go.
Your sincerely never ever too return I'll cross the road when I walk towards it next time.

At first glance,it looked nice. You can see pool, restaurant directly to the beach. I choose this hotel because I want to relax after working time. Unfortunately the room was oldie, the mattres also not comfy. Because of tired, I tried spa at hotel. Actually it was not good. I'm a spa addicted,so I know a well trained staff. Bath up at spa is not good. You have to be careful when go inside the bathup. Worst thing at spa, no hot water. So i have to lay down at bathup with cold one. Breakfast was not satisfying.

We read good and bad things about this hotel... Oasis Beach...so we were not sure about whether to go with this hotel or not.. but finally we made the booking in this hotel and i can say it was the best decision. We really had a great time in this hotel and in Bali.
This hotel is located in Nusa Dua which little far from central Bali, but this area is good if you want to have luxurious facilities with cheap price.
The hotel has a very nicely decorated loby with lot of flower arrangements. Hotel staff is very nice, polite and always ready to help you with their smiling faces. This hotel is on sea shore and you can see and hear the ocean waves all the time... the view from the hotel is just incredible.
We were opted for pool facing room. The rooms were very clean and neatly decorated with all the required amenities. Overall the hotel was very clean and well maintained.
Though the breakfast was little repetition it was wholesome, fresh and tasty. Also the hotel arranges cultural nights, gourmet nights on their tarrace restaurant where you have awsom view of the ocean. Last day we upgraded ourselves to Ocean suit which faces ocean and was very very beautiful and romantic.
Only negative point about this hotel is it is little far from main city and Kuta, Semniyak area. But deffinitely this hotel is value for money... We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The hotel is poorly maintained and is still in its 80's furnishing. The hotel is 14 km from the airport. I book one a very few sea view rooms for around USD 110 in the hotel and the only thing that impressed me was indeed the view.

Wooden railings in the hotel are poorly maintained to a point that management just put a sticker there to warn people not to lean on it. Someday, a not so mindful tourist will die from fall off.

On my last day, I instructed the front desk at 12:20pm to book a taxi for me to stop by at a local supermarket that is nearest to the airport and then send me to the airport by 4:45pm so that I can catch my flight. I intended to do some last minute shopping before taking my flight that departs at 6:45pm. I explicitly stated that I want to go to the local super market, which is similar to the local version of Carrefour. They quoted me IDR 300,000 (USD 25) and recommended a supermarket called Krishna. I found earlier that transportation from most of the hotel in Bali to the airport typically takes USD 20 per person and accepted the price.

A MPV, instead of a taxi came to the pick me up at 12:45pm. The driver sent me to Krishna which turned out to be a tourist souvenir shop! The driver eagerly escorted me into the shop after both of us were tagged with a number sticker. I believe that is an easy way to keep tracks of all the rebates. Without even looking at the price, I told the driver to send me to Carrefour. He was trying to convince me that Krishna is a shop that local people normally go and refuse to do so. I then show him in my Sygic GPS that Carrefour is just few km away. By then it is already 1:45pm when we left Krishna.

When we arrive at Carrefour at 2:15pm, I told the driver to pick me up at the same location at 4:30pm. The driver then tried to ask me for additional fare saying that the hotel only told him that the hire was 3 hours in total. Since I asked him to wait for me at Carrefour, it will be longer than 3 hours in total. I told him to talk to the hotel and refuse to pay him anything additional.

the location of this hotel is very good, it is let down at the beach front and many lovely restaurants and spas are available near by (the spa and restaurant in the hotel are overprized). the breakfast buffet is good and there is a great variety to choose from. The public areas such as lobby, restaurant and pool are modern. but beach chairs and umbrellas are outworn and partly broken. The staff (especially in the restaurant) is always friendly and smiling.
we had a deluxe room which was spacious and had direct acces to the pool. the room was clean, but seemed outworn and it wasn't under good maintance. everything seemed to be old, the wardrobe was smelly and the dark wood of which all facilities are made of makes the room look even older. the bathroom too wasn't apealing and the neon lights flickered in there. The rooms need an update!
We wanted to use the computer in the hotel, but the internet didn't work and we got our money back and the staff told us to try it later. well, 3 days later the internet still didn't work. Just like the shuttle bus to Kuta, at the reception we've been told that the car is broken down, so we had to take a taxi to kuta. besides, the shuttle just runs if there are enough people who want to travel with it. so you have to tell the reception one day before with which bus you want to travel, means you have no opporunity to be spontaneous.
So in the end we didn't feel like we made a good deal, because the hotel was just standard, many things didn't work, the rooms are worn out but we paid over 90$ per night, poor value for money! So we wouldn't stay there again until an update or a price reduction!
