We have just come back from spending a week at Grand Mirage and it was honestly the best stay we have ever had anywhere, the resort was beautiful and always clean.
So much care was taken with our room each day the boys did an amazing job my kids loved finding their pjs beautifully folded on the beds with their sleep teddies.
So many eateries to choose from and the Food and service at each one was faultless, to be sitting at a table and you be addressed by your name to see if you needed eggs or a coffee is second to none - Merlin and Sri especially went above and beyond for our families always smiling and helpful and never forgot any of our names I wish my memory was as good as you ladies you honestly made our stay 10/10
The Cocktails we had are perfect the boys did an amazing job I just with we got their names, they always followed our requests and by the end of our stay knew exactly what we drank.
We traveled as two families with children ranging from 2 - 9 and the care and love for all our children was spectacular, my boys loved spending time in kids club they sometimes
Couldn’t eat breakfast quick enough to get down and play, Winny and the other lovely ladies made sure they stayed safe and happy each day we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!
I really could fault a single thing day spa 👌, resort activities 👌 definitely will be back all inclusive was amazing!!

We stayed here with our 2 young children, in the family part of the hotel. Our 4 year old loved the kids club and the pool in the family hotel. The turtle release activity was very special and fun! There is a room for washing and sterilising baby bottles that was very helpful for feeding our 10 month old. Room service will provide baby food (purees etc) if you require.

We have absolutely no complaints about our stay at the GM Resort! Rooms are spacious and most have an ocean view from their balcony. It’s worth noting the associated resort photos on Trip Advisor under sell the resort. There’s now an amazing adults only elevated infinity pool and a new beach front bar and restaurant, which is also near both pools. If considering a stay or already paid for a stay at the GM Resort it is DEFINITELY worth researching the ‘all inclusive’ package. We consider the package amazing value and the best all inclusive package of any resort we have stayed in worldwide!! A special note to ‘Andy’ at reception who dealt with a major booking issue/mistake from our travel agent (nil booking made for our stay). A stressful situation was professionally rectified. On a final note, we consider the standard of the housekeeping (daily room cleaning) to be some of the most impressive levels of cleanliness we have seen in any hotel/resort we have stayed in (thank you ‘Widuyaui’). We will be back!

We booked into Grand Mirage as we had friends who were staying at the same resort. This resort suggests its on Nusa Dua beach but its actually in Benoa and not near the other Nusa Dua resorts. Several restuarants in the premises at reasonable but not cheap prices. Breakfast was included in our package, large venue, lots of people and had to wait a long time for eggs to be cooked. Lots of items to choose from both savory and sweet for breakfast. Coffee was good. Service was good.
We had a lot of difficulty finding somewhere to sit around the pool. Many people 'reserving' lounges around the pool preventing use by others. Not enough for all the guests to use. Nice private infinity pool for over 18+ guests. Not enough seating in that area either. Nice swim pool for families and a kids room but a short walk next door from the main building of grand mirage.
Our room was disappointing to say the least. While it was clean it overlooked a tennis court which was disused and there was high volumes of rubble and rubbish. We had an interconnecting room with our daughters (teens) and they had the same view but their balcony connected with the roof of the building and it was very unsightly. We booked a garden view room but no garden!!! Our friends we booked with had lovely ocean view rooms on top floor. They paid for the all inclusive package and perhaps thats the difference between where you get placed?? The all inclusive package wasn't worth it for our friends when they became unwell from eating at one of the restuarants and had 'bali belly'.
We ate at the chinese restuarant and lets just say it was extremely disappointing and costly. Not worth it. Go to Black Toms across the road from the premises (near the convenience store). The food there was fantastic!
Overall we had a comfortable stay but wouldn't return to this resort in the future and wouldnt recommend it to friends.

We were after a trip that allowed the kids to have fun while Mum and Dad relaxed..... this resort ticked all the boxes. We had a room close to the kids club that was clean and a great layout so that on the rare occasion when the kids were in their room watching tv, we could still be relaxing watching our tv in the main room area without competing against each other. The two bathrooms, private courtyard and endless options for entertainment, food and relaxation made it a trip that will be hard to beat. We plan to return already!!

This resort is amazing and will not disappoint you!
Its a family friendly hotel from the rooms (family suite that we stayed in), breakfast, pool, grounds and staff. Kids absolutely loved the daily surprise of ice chocolate and cookies that were delivered to the room in the afternoon.
We did not take the all inclusive package however eating at any of the inhouse restaurants was great value for money and deliciously wonderful options on hand.
Breakfast had heaps of options from continental and local cuisine and included delicious cafe style coffee to kick start your day.
The staff are wonderful and genuine and always happy to help.
We had an afternoon flight and requested a 1 hour late check out (1pm instead of 12pm) which they were happy to oblige at no extra cost.
A wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 days with my wife. It is a huge resort and you have everything within the premise whatever you need for a beach side holiday. They have watersports, water theme park, spa, Open air theater, infinity pool, normal swimming pool, cooking classes, yoga and everything else anyone can think off.
We took the base room, the room was well maintained and well stocked but the size of the room is not that big compared to the other resorts we stayed in Bali.
The breakfast spread was huge compared to the other two resorts we stayed in Bali had the best breakfast spread. They even served Indian Chai which was a blessing.
The only hitch we had was during check in that took bit time we couldn't understand what was the problem but they sorted out within themselves but became a bit lengthy process like 45 min-60 minutes.

The Bali All Inclusive package was amazing - there were no hidden costs or extras upon check out - everything was included. Food anytime of the day at any location including room service and mini bar and drinks for 13 hours was an excellent package. I would definitely advise anyone to take advantage of this offer whether travelling with family, friends or just your partner, it was value for money and the kids have plenty of options to keep them happy and busy to give parents the opportunity to have some time to themselves too.

Best aquatic spa treatment at the Thalassa Spa the day we were leaving. Overall the resort service standards and food has slipped backwards since their Australian Chef Manager left recently. Corona virus did have an effect with very low occupancy rates during our stay. No staff available to assist us and Major pressure on the ones that were kept on to cater for the guests left. Closing all restaurants and water sports with little announcement to guests leaving very basic and sub standard meals particularly for us who paid All Inclusive upfront was very disappointing.
Whilst promised a refund a week after we have left the resort we are yet to get our refund deposited in our account.
We have stayed here multiple times and recommended this resort to over a dozen other people who have stayed there.
Overall a very disappointing stay this time around and will have us thinking of finding another resort the next time we go to Bali

I chose this hotel because I wanted a kids friendly resort with activities and kids club this hotel provided that. they have nice pools and a small water park which was next to Starbucks which was a surprise.
The breakfast was great.
The rooms were spacious and new in the family paradise building and dated with a strange smell in the main building.
They have a theater which hosts different theme buffets and shows every day which was fun.
The beach was sandy but full of sea weeds so not great for swimming.
The staff were nice but you can feel that they need more staff on reception.

· When we arrived the room was not ready until around 5:00 pm and only one person was at reception with many tasks to do.
This resort consists of two buildings the old one is the Grand Mirage and the other is Family Paradise separated by a very weird area dirty and full of people who keeps bothering you every time you pass offering cheap massages and products.
The shock to me was to see a big rat walking next to the kids pool in the Family Paradise building I was terrified and complained to the manager who admitted having these rats coming from the dirty area between the two buildings and that they are doing their best to control the problem but sometimes they can not.
He offered a free upgrade in the main building which we took as it was so late to book anywhere else but this prevented us from enjoying our time there as we kept looking for rats.

hello friend If I'm not mistaken in the hotel area there is... because the facilities at the hotel are all complete🙏🙏
Not sure of August, but just left the hotel and water was warm. Pool very busy, half is used for activities water polo, aqua fit etc.
Adult pool only has 14 loungers, and even when there is a sign stating " Adult pool" this was ignored by families. It was left to other guests to try and ask them to leave. So not actually an adult pool at all
Especially as the family paradise section had good pools for children
No sparkling wine on the free list!
