Very good the kids activities are very engaging. The teacher who was teaching us was also very kinda and nice ( nurse Yanti) she was very patience with us when we didn't know what to do the hotel bedroom was also very nice.

This is the 2nd visit in GMR. We was there 5 days 4 nights (23/11/23 to 27/11/23). The 1st visit was about 4 years ago just before COVID. We enjoyed ourselves and cant wait for our 3rd visit to GMR. This 2nd visit was marvellous. The food at every Resturants were GOOD, the room and surrounding area so much cleaner, the Spa we went was so relaxing till we went everyday. Seriously all the staff there were super friendly, all the staff there are like my friend even i met them for the first time. Lastly, i wish to comment Mr. Sukaya that ferry us from GMR to Airport on 27/11/23 afternoon. He shared with me many changes which we didnt found out during our stay. With this, is confirmed that we will be back for the 3rd time soon. All the best to all staff and everyone working in GMR.

The Grand Mirage was nice for our family during November. It was quiet and we enjoyed the activities and pool area. Breakfast was average. Some of the staff are attentive and others are not so good with English. Front office staff were attentive and helped is on checkout. Ariesnata was particularly great.

The service is fantastic, the food is amazing, and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for future visitors and you will never regret it. I was there this month and experienced all of these services for very affordable prices. Come and enjoy your stay!

Excellent Hotel and Staff. Our kids especially loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club were wonderful. Thankyou to Wini, Ina, Dian, Ayu Yanti and Widi for taking such good care of our kids. Would recommend this hotel to families.
