This is a basic hotel that is OK for a short overnight stop just off the autoroute. However, there are no restaurants close by and the local supermarket shuts at 7.15pm, although the fuel station is 24/7. The nearest restaurants are in the local town, although we did not end up using them. The hotel decor is dated and basic,...

Clean, basic and comfortable hotel. Rooms well insulated for noise. It is located close to the town (short drive - we had a good quick meal at a local diner there)and has a good sized Carrefour supermarket over the road. Breakfast is standard fare and some might class as a bit too basic for sustenance on a long journey (if...

This small friendly run place is about 3 minutes from the motorway and a very convenient place for a stop over if you are travelling North/South in France, particularly in Normandy. Not only is it a few minutes from the Motorway, across the road, is a fairly large well known supermarket (open till 8) and a petrol station, so you...

Typical modern French architecturally-styled box hotel inside a fence and surrounded by grass and an extensive car park, and located in a small dormant industrial estate on the NE side of Orbec. If you are towing, there are so many parking spaces that you can park around the back without unhitching or doing any manoeuvres. Great convenient place to stay...

We stayed here for two nights while on a cycle touring holiday. We were offered good security for the bikes and the ground floor motel style rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered good value too. The staff were so friendly and made our stay a real pleasure.

2 of us with 3 big dogs travelling from Malaga to Calais so this is going to be dog related. We booked 2 rooms as we felt it unfair to have all the dogs in one room and it meant at least 1 of us would get a good night’s sleep. We had emailed the hotel about wanting the dogs...

Very friendly young man checked me in and was running the breakfast buffet the next morning. Room was at least as good as one would expect for the price, functional, clean, comfortable firm bed, unusually so for France where the beds are often far too soft for my liking. I notice some of the British reviewers mention a lack of...
