Hi, we stayed as a family of 6, myself, my wife and 4 children! From the 7th of January for a week! Have to say some of the nicest staff I have ever experienced, lovely clean hotel! Girls at front desk were lovely, friendly and helpful all the time! Man doing breakfast most mornings was an absolute gent! He was so good and helpful! Very quiet week the week we went, so it was great being nearly the only family having breakfast! The hotel was spotless and our rooms were kept spotless! Spa had to be booked in hourly spots, but again no hassle, quiet and spotless! Only a 6 or 7 minute walk to the slopes and the same to restaurants! Serre chevalier I thought was easily the best ski resort we’ve gone to and we will definitely be going back to the resort next year! Also the best ESF ski instructors we’ve experienced!

Very quirky, modern hotel with great staff. The place is very modern and very unique in its decor.
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast was great, as were the pizzas served in the bar until 5:30pm.
Very conveniently located - about 5 mins to walk to the central square / gondola. Ski room was in adjacent building and easily accessible - it just needs somewhere to sit to sort your boots out.
The rooms were also quirky, with some great fittings, fixtures and wallpaper, and with balconies overlooking the slopes. The only let-down was that they needed a good hoovering - the carpets weren’t as clean as they should be.
A great hotel and an extensive, varied piste network. An excellent holiday.

we opted to invest more for a large area. By the time they figured out where to park, the children had taken possession of the place. But when it was time to breathe, we noticed that the apartment had a large attic. we did not have a balcony as desired. also, the single window between 2 enormous attics did not let in any light. worse, we observe each other with the living room of the villa opposite, which prompts us to draw the curtains. we must live in the light of the lampshade. We contacted reception and they did not make a change of apartment possible (cost of cleaning) under the cover of supposedly invoicing the owner of the apartment. So we will share with you the apartment to flee, in order to invalidate this pretext.

Tout y est 😉nous étions 6 , grand espace à vivre 1 chambre magnifique literie haut de gamme 1 canapé lit avec matelas épais , le confort avant tout , une chambre cabine pour 2 enfants ou ados , la beauté de la décoration qu on retrouve d ailleurs dans la partie hôtel , c est tout neuf livré en mai 2022 . Accès en plus sans sortir au spa et jacuzzi . Un baby-foot exceptionnel !!également A 200m du centre , et départ téléphérique et ESF ..parfait !! Les responsables de l accueil sont des gens très professionnels adorables et très serviables *****

Hôtel tout neuf avec un bel espace bien être (jaccuzi, sauna et hammam) mais veillez à ce qu'on ne vous attribue pas une chambre PMR ! Bloc de sortie de secours allumé en permanence dans la chambre donc difficile de dormir, pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bains, inondation de la salle de bains quand on prend une douche, mais j'ai demandé à changer de chambre pour la 2ème nuit et là c'était parfait, belle chambre avec une "vraie" douche et de surcroit un balcon ! Merci à Nathalie pour le délogement !
